Took the service team a week to replace the ABS module. Brought the car in because the ABS break lights came on. Left the car overnight, got a rental. Next day I picked up my car, drove 20 feet and the lights came on again. Oops, they did update the software but the service tech didn't drive the car enough to see if the problem is solved or not... Left the car there on a Thursday, got a call on Saturday that the foreman will look at my car but he is not in until Monday . Monday nobody called to let me know about my car, I had to call and inquire.Somebody told me they will call back with an update, nobody did.I finally got a call from the service manager after I was called by the customer service to rate my experience with the dealership and I explained what is going on. Tuesday talked to Brandon Judge and he said the car will be maybe ready by the evening and then 10 min later I get a text that will be done the next day because a driver had to drive it?! On Wednesday when I pick up the car, they didn't even explain what they did to my car, went to the cashier to get my keys and got of there... Very poor customer service. The only person that really helped was Michael Flaifel . Even if he wasn't the Advisor, he still went above and beyond to make sure I get a rental and that my car is done properly

Carolyn was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Renegade I was looking at. Benji was also a great help when it came to the financing part. Neither really pushed extra stuff either which was nice, they simply informed me of my options and left it at that.

Was able to easily meet with a sales rep within minutes of requesting. Test drove the vehicle I was interested in without an issue. Dealership was able to bring in a vehicle that met my needs within 2-3 days.
