Autoland Toyota/Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge

I made an appointment for my Son Dodge C 2021 for an oil change and when my Son got there, everyone was so happy and greeted my Son with respect and remember him and even ask about myself on how i was doing and said hello to me. Everyone i so poly, great customer service and always smiling from the Garage trough the Lobby I have been with Autoland Toyota and Dodge since 2010 with more than 7 cars and in hope that we will continue to do business with Autoland. I was visiting family in NJ and the car would not start Saturday morning due to battery issues. We were heading home to NC on Sunday. They went out of their way to get the car in and the batteries replaced on Saturday. Knolan was extremely helpful explaining the diagnostic and repair process. He kept me updated on progress and let me know when the car was ready. I can't say enough good things about him and the service department. Thanks to them we were able to return home as planned. If there were a higher rating than "very good" they would have gotten it.
