Alyssa is Great!
Best buying experience I've ever had. Worked with Alyssa, she was great. She knows her cars and understands what a buyer needs. She was the only sales person from at least 4 dealers that gave me the time of day when they found out I wanted a car they didn't currently have in stock. She found the car we wanted and we closed the deal remotely. She kept us informed on the delivery timeline and then we met her for final purchase. Great experience.

My service advisor Nate kept me informed on what was going on. He explained everything well. He knew we needed our van back in a timely fashion. The prices we reasonable. I’m disappointed that they had the van for 1 1/2 days before they even looked at it. Also the valet people were nice but my wife was outside waiting for an hour but because they couldn’t call me to verify it.

MY SERVICE WAS THE START OF A GOOD DAY
RB HONDA WAS PROMPT AND EFFECTIVE AND PROFESSIONAL.. I NEEDED AN OIL CHANGE AND FRONT TIRE CHECK AND REPAIR OF A SLOW LEAK . THIS WAS COMPLETED WHILE I WAITED AND THE COMPLIMENTARY CHECK OF ALL SYSTEMS AS WELL.

On time appointments, descriptive reports of the work completed and suggested service. They were able to pick up customer when car was finished. I highly suggest the Bloomington location.

Love the Richfield Honda dealership. Scheduling online is very easy. When arriving at my scheduled time Dave Anderson checked me in quickly and was very knowledgeable on my Honda’s needs. Dave arranged my Uber home and kindly arranged a return ride to pick up my car. Dave was helpful in explaining some unexpected repairs that were needed and communicated promptly via text and email. There are no surprises here and they’re all very honest. Dave was helpful in answering some questions regarding newer HRV and CRV models. He explain pro and cons of the Hybirds vs electric. Dave was informative too regarding the dealership’s financing options for when I decide to upgrade. I will continue service here until the life of my current Accord and plan to purchase my next Honda through Richfield Honda. Highly recommend!!!!!
