60000 mile warranty service

We had our final 60,000 mile warranty service on our 2010 XC60. Service was excellent, they even repaired a damaged USB port free of charge! We have always been extremely happy with Borton Volvo

Lease of my new S60!!

On Saturday November 30, 2013, I met with Gene to discuss my 2005 S80, he explained the trade-in value and my purchase/lease options thoroughly. I was able to test drive the car with my daughter and she was happy to pick out the color. We drove away with a new S60! Gene and John made the experience painless, efficient and always pleasant to conduct business with Borton Volvo. Thanks Gene and John.

S60 service

I brought my S60 in for routine maintenance at Borton in Golden Valley and Mike was very helpful. He explained what was going to be done. He told me that the service didn't include tire rotation and told me the price. He told me about how long it would take. The lounge is always clean and so are the restrooms. When the car was done, Mike explained about the software updates and said that the vehicle would be run through the car wash. I have had very good experiences at the dealership.

Great Service, Friendly Staff

I had great experience with the serice department at Borton Golden Valley. The battery in our XC-60 was weak and needed to be replaced. The service department staff were prompt, courteous and able to get me back up and running in no time at all.

Service Review

I brought my 2012 Volvo in for service October 16, 2013. As usual, Kevin was friendly, professional and got my service done promptly and explained exactly what they would be doing to my car and how long it would take. He told me when my car was ready and what they had done to it during the service. I have experienced great service with my past Volvo and my current Volvo.

Excellent Service Experience

The park assist sensor on my S80 was acting up so I took it into Borton in Golden Valley. When I arrived at 7 a.m., the service crew could not have been friendlier and Mike took down my information expeditiously, put me in a loaner and had me out of the dealership in less than 10 minutes. In just a few hours, I received a call that the sensor was replaced so I picked the car up over the lunch hour. They clearly explained what was done, the car was clean, and again, I was on my way with no delay. This is a very buttoned up, professional operation and I would highly recommend their service department.

Wonderful Experience

My Husband and I just recently purchased a vehicle from Borton Volvo and have only great things to say about the experience. Gene took great care of us and we left with a wonderful Volvo and peace of mind. We will be coming back in the future and recommending GV Borton Volvo to others. great Service

just recently had my Volvo serviced and was able to drop it off late at night and have the service done earlly the next morning before noon. since i live less than 2 miles away, this is excellent service. Having the Golden Valley store was a stroke of genius for Borton since it is able to service the western owners of Volvo's. My experience with Borton goes back to 1983 and my purchase of the 245 GL station wagon. Currently own 2 S80's and 1 S60. Mike, Kevin, and Adam are top notch and very knowledgeable and willing to see things from the owners view. Very helpful in presenting alternatives and what if tradeoff's.

Love my Volvo C70 and Borton Volvo Golden Valley

I have had my Volvo for 2 years and have never regretted the choice I made. Each and every time I call to schedule service my experience has been handled with promptness and efficiency. I live approximately 4 hours away and sometimes don't know that I will be making the trip to the Mpls area until the day prior. Even on the short notice I have been able to schedule the appointment, have the car serviced and be on my way home all in the same day. Simply not something most dealers can boast. Thank you Borton Volvo.
