DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SOLD A LEMON, HAVE YOUR CREDIT DESTROYED AND BE IGNORED BY STAFF/MANAGEMENT. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was sold a car with engine failure and have been jacked around regarding my refund and loan cancelation. I had the car in my possession for ONLY 2 DAYS! I did not receive a call from anyone durning whole ordeal with them. No one called to notify me of the problems. I had to reach out to them MULTIPLE TIMES. The service department informed me of the cars engine failure and said the sales team is working on a resolution. Aftes many days straight of calling and being transferred to wrong departments and leaving voice-mails, i still had no one contacting me. Almost two weeks to the date of purchase I walked into the store to see the sales managers eating girl scout cookies and chatting about golf behind the desk. Not once did a Manger even try to speak to me. I demanded a full refund and my loan to be canceled. 1 week had went by with many calls and visits to kia and even to the ford corporate office I finally received my refund check. Now two weeks have gone by and they still won't cancel my loan. Absolutely ridiculous and utterly disappointing.

They try to hide how long they have had vehicles, they try to make you believe you have to have a recovery tracker that they put on all vehicles and charge you 500$ that you do NOT have to have,Manager Anthony was very rude and kept paperwork, over all worst car buying experience ever......Do not go here

Mark Robles was the rudest service advisor I have ever

Mark Robles was the rudest service advisor I have ever met. Please go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. This guy will be verbally abusive for absolutely no reason but to avoid dealing with customers. Never in my life have I had such a poor experience.

I am rating the service center 5-star, because everything

I am rating the service center 5-star, because everything that was under their control went very well. I am rating the speed of service 1-star because it took Kia nearly 4 months to supply the parts needed to fix my car after a Kia-boys inspired theft attempt.

Quick & efficient service. Another great service they drove me to Woodfield and then picked me up once my car was ready. It was so convenient.
