My service rep was amazing. I wish his customer service skills and ability to talk to customers would spread to everyone in the service dept. Saying “Hi, we will be right with you” is not that hard to do while you’re in the middle of typing.

Where is the zero stars?
Where is the zero stars?? This was the worst experience we've had buying a car. We will never buy a car from Auto Nation again! The sales person was decent but everything else was smoke mirrors and deception. The finance manager kept changing our agreed upon numbers, the detailer was horrible, and the attitude towards us giving you our business was disrespectful and belittling. We will be telling everyone we know to avoid your business at all cost! Shame on you!

Where is the zero stars?? This was the worst experience we've had buying a car. We will never buy a car from Auto Nation again! The sales person was decent but everything else was smoke, mirrors, and deception. The finance manager kept changing our agreed upon numbers, the detailer was horrible, we sent it back to him multiple times, and the attitude towards us giving you our business was disrespectful and belittling. They said they replaced the windshied but did not. They kept hiding the paperwork from us. And the cherry on top, they only had one set of keys and didn't say anything until the deal was done. But of course we could pay to get another set. We will be telling everyone we know to avoid your business at all cost! Shame on you!

GMC Service Department is amazing.
GMC Service Department is amazing. I had James as my service advisor. He took the time to explain to me what was being done on my car. The customer service was excellent. Great communications. Easy to call and get updates on my car. I highly recommend GMC. Park Meadows Colorado!

James Hill was phenomenal! I have been going there for years now and it wasn't until James started there that things really started shaping up. he was were kind and acted accordingly overall! Bait and switch tactics used here. completely illegal. Wanted several thousand more for a vehicle than advertised. Slow response to communication, will not honor online pricing and advertising.
