Purchase a used car from them that supposedly went
Purchase a used car from them that supposedly went through a 100+ point inspection. After I purchased the car, I brought it to a garage and was informed it was 30k miles late on service / maintenance. The windshield was also broken and I was promised they would fix it after I purchased the car. It has been two weeks and no one will get back to me on the windshield replacement.

Wouldn?t recommend
The sales associate that I dealt with helped answer any and all questions to the best of their ability. The buying process wasn?t as smooth as I would have like being out of states using my own bank due to lack of communication on their finance department?s end. But the biggest issue I had was this dealer charged top dollar on a truck that wasn?t worth top dollar. The truck needs paint correction due to scratches and rock chips all over. As soon as I got the truck back to my house which was 600 miles out of state I noticed it was leaking and had to go to the dealership to be worked on. There?s issues with the tires not wearing properly. Needless to say I will never do business here or recommend anyone to do business here. If I didn?t need the truck they were selling due to lack of available trucks like it in the country I wouldn?t have bought the truck or would have taken it back to them.

GMC Canyon Service
My 2020 Canyon started spewing a a foggy mist through the climate control vents. It smelled sweet, like anti-freeze. They said this was a ?normal condition? in humid weather. Nonsense! When I got the truck back and cleaned it up, I vacuumed the passenger floor mat had an oily substance on it that had the same smell. Come on guys, lets do some problem solving.

The service was great.
The service was great. Kept me informed. PLEASE tell Randy to stop driving by his house on the way back to the dealership! It adds at least 15 minutes to the drive, I've seen it several times before and I don't care where he lived.
