Friendly, helpful people; lots of inventory on-hand; a good inventory tracking system to quickly locate our preferred color and trim level; paperless business office system that is quick and easy; excellent communication and prompt helpful callbacks from our salesperson; prices are in the Kelly “fair price” range - reasonable for a full service dealer; clean, attractive well-organized facility. This is our third vehicle purchase from Luther Hopkins Honda. No issues, no problems, all good.

It was a little bit busy, it seemed like they were understaffed for the weekend. Also, the finance department was really pushy. He was trying to sell me an extended warranty and wouldn't take no for an answer. Despite the fact that I said no several times. It was really uncomfortable bordering on upsetting how pushy he was being. But if someone wants a Honda, I would recommend this dealership.

Temi, sold me my new CRV. He was excellent to work with. He was patient and walked me through all of my options for a new vehicle. I am not tech savvy in the least, and he patiently explained of the new technology in my new vehicle and dumbed things down so I could understand. He has an extremely kind and friendly approach to his job and I recommend him to anyone in the market for a new car. I also appreciate Leonard. He is the manage of the dealership and he took time to come over and introduce himself to me and congratulate me on my new CRV. He gave me his card and told me I could call anytime with questions.

Maddie was great. Personable, honest, enthusiastic. Good vibe at the dealership. We felt like we could relax a little bit. Jeff took care of our paperwork and he was also great. He is good an explaining things. They were efficient. The whole process took approximately 2.5 hours which was great. Would definitely return.
