Glenn needs to take a course in customer service! This guy was just flat out rude when I didn't want to commit to the deal after reevaluating their numbers and concluding that St. Cloud Honda was still beating them. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND him.

Whole experience was a total joke. First car buying experience and the vehicle we were looking at was $1200 ABOVE market value and the most they could do was $200 off. Additionally they offered $3000 BELOW market value on trade in. Felt like Glenn didn’t take us as serious buyers and trying to take advantage of us due to age and inexperience. Disappointed as an other sales consultants had good reviews and the dealership as a whole. Be aware and know your worth.

Good overall experience. Helped that I knew exactly what a wanted: type of car, age/mileage and cost.

My husband and I just picked up our new 2023 Honda Pilot a few days ago. We had a terrific experience from the time we ordered the car to the day we picked it up! Our salesman, Glenn Dvergsten, was very attentive, conscientious, and helpful through the whole process. He kept us informed about when the vehicle was made, and when it would be arriving at the dealer. We especially appreciated the individual attention and help on Saturday when we picked up the car. He gladly went through every detail and helped get us set up with our Apple Car Play and cell phone connections, and he explained every part of the car, especially the new features. We will definitely want to work with him again on our next purchase!
