Customer centric, product knowledgeable and very professional are just a few words to describe my Hopkins Honda experience! I bought my first vehicle there upon moving to MN. And never went anywhere else because of their exceptional service in sales and service!! Active listening to my needs and wants and fantastic care in their service department as well!

Temi explains all the facets of the leasing experience very clearly. And this includes the leasing side as well as the vehicle side. He’s an excellent leasing person.

Accurately and superbly reinforcing every negative stereotype Used Car Salespeople have so richly earned. Sold me a defective vehicle, as evidenced by the truly excessive number of service appointments necessitated. When I had the audacity to complain, I was informed that “machines break”. As if this sentiment isn’t in direct contravention to Hondas principle selling point; reliability. Of course machines break, but when they are marketed specifically as the most reliable option, exceptions should be treated as such to maintain the image. As a solution, I was offered a trade. As if I hadn’t been spammed with the exact same offer twice weekly since initially purchasing the vehicle. This is not a self-aware business methodology. The service department however, is excellent. Consistent, effective, polite and reasonable. A real shame about the used car appendage being such a predictable boat anchor of a business. They survive entirely because MOST Hondas are great, and they sell themselves.

Temi was my salesperson.

Temi was my salesperson. When I knew that I was going to buy a Honda, I looked at all the TC's Honda dealerships and looked at the sales staff ratings. Temi was rated the best by far. And my experience with him was as all of those 5 Star rating predicted was just super. Temi is smart, professional, personable, well organized, and card about the customer. He was extremely well prepared to answer all of my questions and then to present needed information. He had numerous pages for information and many of these pages he had already had curated them - again to help information transfer. I only have one quibble with all the prior 5 star ratings - Temi is at least 6 star.

Great job. Great Saturday manager! Always bring my 2004 Accord here! They say I have 100,000 more miles on this 154,837 miles car.

Wonderful dealership, great service, Josh understood my concerns and the technician did a great job repairing my vehicle. The service department is one of the best that I’ve had the privilege of working with.

After trying to get an oil change- with much confusion-

After trying to get an oil change- with much confusion- seller said oil change every 3000 miles, then sticker said a 3 month time frame, then brought it in and would not change oil until it’s a 15% life, then I return wait nearly 2 hours, I leave and maintenance did not get reset so it still says 15% life- which makes me wonder- how does the system even monitor the like- if it’s not by mileage……. Otherwise if there is new oil- would an indicator know the quality- what is the oil life based on?????
