Purchasing Tires
My Ford Explorer was due for new tires and I was in Apple Valley for Thanksgiving weekend so we stopped at Apple Ford. I live in Minneapolis and typically go to a Ford dealer in the north metro so we thought we would just check and see what tires Apple Ford had available and purchase from the dealer up north or another tire shop. We were so impressed with the quoting process, checking comparable pricing, and friendliness of the staff providing a courtesy ride within 5 min that we decided to purchase the tires on spot instead of waiting. I got a call with two options on color of tire lettering (that would add $100 to go with white lettering) so I was glad that I received a call to confirm my selection. The tires even came in less than the quote. I told a few people about my experience and they couldn't believe I got that great of service and thoroughness from a dealer. I would definitely recommend Apple Ford and already have. Great job Matt Reutter on your customer service, very impressed with the process and actually making purchasing tires an enjoyable experience!

My Ford Explorer was due for new tires and I was in Apple Valley for Thanksgiving weekend so we stopped at Apple Ford. 2013 FX4
I have purchased a few cars from Apple Valley Ford most recently a 2013 F150 FX4. My salesperson has always been Mike Heiss, he is honest thorough and a pleasure to work with. He takes the time to understand what I am looking for and assist me in finding the vehicle that fits my needs and wants. All other departments I have worked with (finance, service, aftermarket) have all been attentive and professional. I have and will continue to recommend Apple Valley Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle. I am a satisfied customer with a great vehicle.

I traded in my old car for a new one and really appreciated that I wasn't low-balled for the trade-in. I got what the car is worth and I didn't have to argue. Then, I was offered the best deal on a 2014 model--better than the sticker price! I just couldn't pass the opportunity up. Everyone was so friendly and excited for me, and my saleswoman went so far as to have certain parts of the interior touched up before I drove off with it. She insisted that it needed to be just perfect!

Not a single employee acknowledged my presence.
I spent over 30 minutes looking at the used cars. Not a single salesperson came out to greet me. There were 3 vehicles I was seriously considering. After that experience, they lost my sale. I went somewhere else.

Really bad Experience
Shame on Aaron O. Poor customer service. Car was not in operating order when my son made appointment to see it but Aaron got us out there anyways. We waited for him for over 45 minutes while he finished helping someone else. Once we did meet we sat on a computer and looked just like my son had already done at home. All the time Aaron gave us the company line and promised to help us find something in my sons price range. We found a small truck and it was at another location so Aaron said he would pick it up and we made another appointment with Aaron to see the truck. We communicated to Aaron that we wanted to buy something that weekend. (labor day). Drove back for the appointment and no Aaron it appears that he had gone home sick. He knew we were coming and he made no attempt to contact us or have someoneelse contact us Another sales person tried to help us apologizing for Aaron but the damage was done. Apple Valley Ford made a big mistake and we walked away without a car and no apology from Aaron. Instead we received a generic letter in the mail thanking us for our business. Shame on you Aaron O and Apple Vally Ford. We will definitely not be back and we will tell our family and friends of your terrible service. You wasted my time, my sons time and my husbands time

Sales manager John Callahan is very difficult to work...
Sales manager John Callahan is very difficult to work with. I realize his position is to make the best deal for apple ford but he is very rude, unprofessional, and speaks to customers with a belittling tone. I was very close to walking away just based on how he spoke to me.

I bought a truck at apple used auto shakopee. They were quick to sell the be vehicle but the next day when the wheel was going to fall off and other safety issues were at hand they did not seem to care one bit. I recommend if u want customer service shop else where. The manager cole said to my face "we did u a favor and got you the loan". Now they have the vehicle and have not paid me the 1500 I put down.

Making a service appointment means nothing at this...
Making a service appointment means nothing at this service center. I made an appt. to have the oil changed on my MKX. I arrived ahead of the appt. time pulling up into the quick lane. There were 10 or so cars already in line and I told the guy I had an appt., he indicated that I would have to wait with the other cars in line. I asked what's the point of an appointment, he did not have an answer, he called over someone else, same question, same response. Long story short, it took over an hour and half to have the oil changed and a "Lincoln Wash". I asked why so long and was told that oil change takes a half hour and a "Lincoln Wash" can take 45 minutes or so as they clean inside and out. Both times seem long to me, my experience with other service centers confirms short times. Ironically after the long wait I entered my car only to find that the interior cleaning was poor at best. I did speak with the service manger and pointed out my issues, as well as showing him the interior of the car ........ like the other guys, he had few answers and could only offer an apology. Don't waste your time making appointment at this dealership!
