Great service

Everything was superb! Doug Condon our sales rep and Susan Dailey ( leasing manager) were excellent. Very knowledgable and fun to work with. We leased a 2014 Ford Edge and my wife is loving it, especially the AWD. Thank you!! Job well done : )

Easy to work with; nice facilities

Overall, the experience was great. Working with the Sales individual and finance person was straight forward and professional. I have purchased cars in the past from Apple Valley Ford and will do so going forward. I haven't used the Service there as of yet but don't anticipate having any issues. The only complaint I have with the whole experience deals with a request I made as part of the car negotiation. Because it was a used car, the tires needed to be replaced. It was agreed upon by the Service Mgr that they would do that but I asked that the tires be better than their entry level SUV tires. When I received the vehicle, they had put on the Fuzion SUV tires which are the entry level tires. I wasn't happy but that's what I am stuck with. When the time comes to buy new tires, I will be looking elsewhere to get them.

Disappointing certified F 150

Had to have my purchase fixed twice in the first week I owned it. Very disappointing when buying a certified 2011 F 150
