Maplewood Toyota

I have been coming to Maplewood Toyota for years. Whenever my 3 year lease is up I go to Maplewood Toyota. For the past 2 years I have worked with Larry Bain. I told him last year that I would rather not spend the entire day making the purchase. We talked about the options, available color and the like via email. He contacted me when my car arrived. All the paperwork was ready for me to sign. My beautiful black RAV 4 was sitting in the front row. I had a brief visit with the finance people. Larry sat in the car and went over every detail. Within about 2 hours I was driving out of the dealership back to Rochester. I was able to enjoy the remainder of my Saturday doing “Saturday projects” Thanks Larry! Great memory and an awesome experience. So worth the drive to Maplewood Toyota from Rochester.

Bee Xiong was an amazing help in my new Toyota shopping experience. He was very friendly and prompt on appointments and communications that we had ordering a new vehicle. Great experience yesterday at Maplewood Toyota . .Worked with Steve Redlinger to trade-in an old Highlander for a new one. He did a nice job of keeping the process moving and was fun to chat with during the waiting times. Very happy with our new vehicle. Thanks Steve!

Great experience at Maplewood Toyota. Due to the pandemic, the orders and transport took awhile for my car to arrive but that is understandable. Ka Vue was very informative about the RAV4 and the necessary steps it took to get the car. He kept me up-to date on the progress. When the car finally arrived, the paperwork process was smooth and fast. I was pleased with the purchase and the process of getting my car.

I love Maplewood Toyota! It’s been my dealership for several years. My sales guy, Jim Miller, always finds the best fit/deal for me. The finance people are equally good at their jobs. And the Service Dept is excellent as well! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
