Purchased a jeep wrangler (in cash) 20k.

Purchased a jeep wrangler (in cash) 20k.....what a mistake! The same day I drove it off Boardmans lot it over heated. Didnt even make it home. Sold it to me with a cracked radiator. Turns out it had a bad transmission as well. Took it back to be fixed. 6 WEEKS LATER THEY STILL HAVE IT. ITS STILL NOT FIXED. Dont buy a car at this place. They lie. And give ya the run around.

Very professional.

I bought a 2017 Silverado from them. Easy and fast buying experience. I had a small problem I noticed 2 weeks after I bought it and they took care of it quick and proffesionly.would recommend them.

Just bought a 2011 Kia sorento

Not a month ago I bought a 2011 Kia sorento. Two weeks later a light came on. I wanted to take the car to kia, husband said no take it back to them. Because i had a warranty. So we did. Got it back a couple days later. On July 3 was heading to Reading on 222 and my rpm dropped to 0 while i was driving it. Got it back home took it back to them. Asked for my money back or a full warranty for a year. He laughed and said you can't just bring it back. He said he was going to extend my warranty. Still waiting to fill out that paperwork. I will not pick up my car without that. If anyone has a open lawsuit. I will be a witness for you. I haven't received my title yet. I have received my title before within a month. He says they changed it to 3 months.

MISS NICHOLS PURCHASED A 2011 KIA SORENTO FROM US ON MAY 30, 2019. APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS AFTER SHE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE SHE CONTACTED US AND SAID THAT THE VEHICLE WASN'T RUNNING PROPERLY. WE IMMEDIATELY SENT OUR MECHANIC TO HER LOCATION AND BROUGHT THE VEHICLE BACK TO OUR GARAGE. WHEN OUR MECHANIC DROVE HER VEHICLE BACK TO OUR GARAGE HE SAID THAT THE VEHICLE RAN FINE AND HE COULD NOT GET IT TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM THAT MISS NICHOLS DESCRIBED IT WAS DOING. MISS NICHOLS SAID THAT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND OFF WHILE SHE WAS DRIVING AND HER VEHICLDE WAS RUNNING SLUGGISH. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS BROUGHT BACK TO OUR GARAGE THERE WAS NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON AND NO CODES WEW STORED IN THE COMPUTER. I TOLD MISS NICHOLS IF THE PROBLEM HAPPENED AGAIN TO CALL US. ABOUT 3 DAYS LATER SHE CALLED AND SAID THAT HER VEHICLEWAS RUNNING ROUGH AGAIN AND THAT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND OFF. I asked her to bring it back and that I would give her a loaner car to drive while we tried to figure out what was going on. our mechanic drove her vehicle everyday for 4 days with his computer hooked up to it. finally on day 4 the check engine light came on and the vehicle was running ruff. this time the code came up in the computer which was the crank shaft sensor. we replaced the sensor at no cost to miss Nichols and returned her vehicle to her. also miss Nichols did receive her title and registration from penn dot within 30 days. we make it our number one priority to take care of our customers and the prior reviews that we have received from our customers demonstrates that.

Warning! My Aunt purchased a vehicle at Boardman Bros. Do not trust this dealership. Her suspension, all *NO good! Transmission *BAD! Has spent thousands on repairs starting just 2 mos after purchase. Now, her motor is going. This is affecting her well being and her job! Heed my warning. It's a shame!

Ripped off

I was sold a jeep laredo with a bad transmission. Bob boardman cursed at me and told me there was nothing wrong with it. He also said "women dont drive right". I have reported him to the pa. Attorney general. I got a personal loan for the jeep and am still paying for it. I was taken advantage of and verbally abused. Also other garages in the area are standing by me with my lawsuit. He takes advantage of women and senior citizens.

Poor service

Wouldn't buy anything from them! Poor manners. Poor service. Too busy talking on the phone to wait on us. Made us wait a good fifteen minutes.
