Great condition

Jeff the salesman who sold me my 2008 GMC ACADIA was extremely helpful when I was looking for a SUV. The vehicle needed a new strut for the hood and he received the part and had it put on by a mechanic within a few days. I was extremely happy. Also Bexley motors doesn't sell cheap run down vehicles. The customer service was excellent and I never had to wait too long for them. They will work work with a customer and go out of their way to help you get into a vehicle you would actually like. I would definitely recommend them anyone who is looking for a newer vehicle with a reasonable price range.

Horrible experience.

Worst experience buying a car here. It started off decent, actually Tim was really decent to work with but we ended up a few days later being put with Jim and that's when it went south. He yelled at us in the store. Told us that the owner didn't want to sell us the car because he was only making $600 on the deal (mind you we were paying asking price for the vehicle) so if you're only making $600 that's your own fault it's your asking price. We had a trade-in they offered us 13,000 for our trade, we informed them we would completely pay off the negative equity so our financing would only be for asking price plus tax, title and fees ($27,×××) when we came back in to take a final look at the vehicle Jim got very Offensive when we were pointing out things that weren't working on the Escalade and screamed at us that they didn't want to do the deal and they refused to put any money into the car to fix it for us. Mind you the TV wasn't working, running boards were sticking and the middle row seat heater wasn't working. Why do we want to pay 30,000 for a car with mechanical issues? So another gentleman asked us to sit and wait for Tim to finish helping us, but we could still hear Jim speaking negatively so we got up and walked away. We never heard from Tim even after we left.

Best customer service in town.

This is my second purchase from Bexley Motor Car. No up selling,no pressure absolutley real and genuine people. I cant stand mega auto dealers . If you are looking for a no bs shopping experience with knowledgeable and helpful staff Bexley Motor Car is the way to go!

Awesome!

This was our 2nd purchase at Bexley Motorcar and will return again! Natalie is wonderful, helpful and genuinely cares! Best customer service in town! Don, Ed and the rest of the staff are friendly and work hard to insure a great experience for all as well. I feel I have made good friends at Bexley Motorcar!

Great people.

One of the best no hassle, down to earth dealerships I have ever dealt with. Natalie is a very nice person to deal with and her family members equally nice. I'm happy with the truck I purchased and I liked dealing with a family owned dealership. Very positive experience.

Pleasant experience

Ed and staff were great. We came in from outta state, they stayed open late for us. Ed even helped us with finding our way through town, What a nice guy!

I had been shopping around for another vehicle for a few weeks. Someone had suggested Bexley and O took a look! Jeff was great from the start. Very personable and polite. Everyone in the dealership was helpful and helped me find the right vehicle!

Kia Soul

This was a very positive purchasing experience. Everyone from the sales to finance personnel were friendly and very helpful. They took the time to go through my options and there was no high pressuring or trying to rush through the process. I will definitely recommend Bexley Motors to anyone.

Great Service Both Times!

Got a great Jeep Summit in April 2017. Couldn't believe the price. Vehicle was perfect! I was so pleased with both the service and the car I went back in December for another vehicle - This time a Dodge Journey RT. Another fabulous vehicle! These guys are the BEST!!
