Was a great experience buying a truck from them, it was my first truck buying experience and they treated me very well and I had a issue with the truck a couple days after purchasing it and they took it right back and fixed it for me and gave a me loaner vehicle as I waited.

I got my dream vehicle here, I came to the dealership late when I still had to work later on that day . They were able to assist me and help work with my time schedule as I knew how great the car was. They also helped me out when I offered a discount off the sticker price. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and gave wonderful customer service! I even got a better interest rate through their bank. The car did have problems, nothing major, just used issue like coffee inside the window button - luckily my free 30 day warranty covered the issue for free and they fit me into their schedule easily. Overall I rate the experience as excellent and would tell my friends and family to come here!

I am so incredibly grateful that I got my jeep through Tim’s truck capital! Not only did they fix my Jeep for free it was past the 30 day warranty & they honored the warranty, even though it was almost a month passed! They also got me in even though they were booked over booked because I was so concerned they fixed my car quickly! The problem was from someone else putting new breaks in & they still fixed the problem and charged me nothing. Everyone was so nice to me and they helped me and addressed my concerns. Fix my car. You’re not gonna find another dealership to do that. I am so grateful thank you Tim‘s truck all of you.!

My truck was making a funny noise after the 30 days they not only honored the 30 day warranty. They fixed it at no cost. Tim‘s truck capital is an amazing place. I highly recommend buying your used truck from them.

I have had no problems with service or repair, but your company has spent thousands just getting me a truck i can safely drive. By now i have zero confidence that i can drive long distance to my fall job in kansas. Hoping the next month is better

Tim's wouldn't be much more or less than any other dealer of comparable size if it weren't for the fact that they push purchasers of vehicles to take out extended warranties through this company that is an absolute scam. Any business worth their salt would be mindful of any other business they either refer or sell a product for, and Tim's had great things to say about the warranty people, until I tried to place a claim for a serious issue, then the service dept of Tim's THEN revealed that those warranties don't cover much. So goes the course, you sell lies or affiliate with a con company, you lose business. This being the main reason I wouldn't buy from Tim's ever again ...

Great selection, good pricing, and friendly sales people. Also great service after the sale. Had a small issue with the truck and they took care of it at no charge. Would definitely recommend them!!
