Stewart Auto had a car I liked listed for months, so I emailed for more info. Communication started out pretty good and professional, but a little slow on responses. The car was over market so I requested average price providing sources and comparable vehicles, but they would only sell over market and I have not heard anything back. My offer was in the middle of average pricing. It seems once they realized I wasn't overpaying, they did not want to work with me. I would have purchased here but the price was not competitive for a base car with higher milage. Now I see why it has sat there for months when they sell within 2 weeks everywhere else. Going to stick with chain dealers based on this experience.

I just purchased my 5th car and these guys are a good now as they were on my first purchase. Highly recommend them on your next purchase.

Dirtiest, Lyingest Dealer in Ohio. Definitely bypass these guys. We had a deal worked out on a jeep cherokee with no money down. My wife and I live 4.5 hrs away. We get there the next day, then they wanted a down payment. The jeep wouldn't start. In which it was the alternator. They tried to stick the $550 part and labor charge. We hadn't signed any papers either. Thank god!!! So needless to say we made a 4.5hr drive for nothing. Expect a good screwing if you deal with these guys. Please dont buy off these liars. They dont deserve to be in business. Thanks. Joseph Newhouse

I have learned quite a bit regarding my credit history and value the opinion of Mr. Retort. I have had nothing but positive experience(s) and wouldn’t expect anything less while working with this gentleman. Thank you for the upfront communication and alternative options. I went there to buy a car. I sales rep spoke to me about it and wasted a good bit of my time only to tell me it was sold. Days later it's still on there lot and website. And they would not offer to show me any other car. After reading other reviews I see this something they do. Very disappointing that someone with cash in hand is turned away.
