The associate kept me informed about what was wrong with my vehicle. He let me know exactly what it would cost before I gave him the okay to fix it.

hard upsell on insurance and warranty. made the process kind of miserable. It's like I had to explain to them how insurance works. I liked the upfront pricing, hated the insurance/warranty BS. As I said he didn't even understand how it works and was not very respectful.

Wonderful ? being a widow and buying a car by myself, I felt very comfortable.
