Amazing Service, Felt welcome the moment I entered
Pulled up to the service door for an oil change, door opened and a man came up to greet me and get my mileage. When we went to the desk, he greeted me by name which made me feel expected and welcomed since I had not announced why I was there nor had I handed him anything in regards to why I was there. They new just from the online appointment details I had entered and by my car type and the time. While waiting, they had fresh baked cookies, popcorn, water bottles and coffee available for everyone. David, my service advisor, pulled me in back by my car and introduced me to one of the technicians who educated me on my 02 sensor (which I had questions about) and the entire OBD system and codes, You could definitely tell they know their stuff! David also made a copy of a receipt I had from my last oil change at a different Mazda certified service center. With the extended warranty oil changes should be free and the other dealership would not accept that and made me pay for it. David said he and his boss thought that wasn't right and that they would try everything they could to get my money back. Holiday not only has amazing, welcoming service, they also stick by their products and warranties! 5 stars!

Great experience
My experience at Holiday Automotive was great. From the moment we test drove the vehicle we knew we wanted to purchase from Holiday. They made the process quick, simple and were extremely fair in the pricing. Any questions I've had post purchase have been handled easily and I will be back to purchase from Holiday again. Awesome experience!
We purchased our first Cadillac from Matt Birschbach and couldn't have been been more pleased with the process. We actually went to Holiday to purchase a new Denali, having driven one for the last 6 or 7 years. We weren't impressed with the new Denalis, and Matt suggested that we drive the Cadillac Escalade. We couldn't believe the difference. Matt told us he wasn't part of the Cadillac team, but that he would try to give us as much info as he could, or find someone who could address anything he could not. He knew plenty! Matts professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional! From the first day we entered Holiday, until the day we picked up our new Cadillac, Matt worked above and beyond to make our purchase experience a great one! The process of purchasing a new vehicle is something we normally dread! Simply the best new car purchase experience ever!
My husband and I walked into Holiday late one evening and were greeted by Matt Birschbach and from that moment until we left with 2 new vehicles 3 days later our experience was great! Matt helped us decide which cars would be best for us, and his knowledge of all of them was amazing! Matt worked with us to get the best trade in value, and price for our cars. Amazing experience
I was hesitant to drive the hour from GB but man am I glad I did. Honesty Holidays buying process was so much smoother than other dealers. I'm still amazed. Quality vehicles, quality employees from Nick the sales manager to Mr Krug who was our salesman to Stephanie in finance. Amazing.

Excellent Buying Experience, Excellent Service!!
It was finally time to buy a new car. My old car had reached 203 thousand miles and it was time. I was purchasing my first car all on my own for the first time. I had researched and shopped around for the models I was interested in but none of them impressed me. A couple of people had asked me if I had checked out Mazda. I went down to the dealership with a friend and was very impressed first of all with my salesperson. Meghan O'Malley was very interested in what I was looking for in a car. I explained I need great gas mileage because I commute to work (about 200 miles a week) and I wanted something in my price range. She showed me a couple of different Mazdas but when she bought out the hatchback, I was impressed. It was sporty, roomy, and great gas mileage! I was surprised at how it drove too. We worked out the finances and she was able to put me in the price range I wanted. A couple weeks later I returned to the dealership to have my spare fob paired with my car. I was told I also needed a software update so an appointment was made. Colleen, called the day before, to verify my appointment. I drove up to the service door and David Minter was there to greet me and get me set up for my software update! He explained how long the update would take and if I would like to wait there was a customer lounge I would be able to use! The whole process was quick and easy! David handed me the keys to my car (which they also washed!) and off I went. I am very pleased with my new vehicle and the Holiday dealership. I feel like Holiday will provide me with great service for years to come!

Pleasant buying experience
We were looking in the Fox Valley for a "new" used car. Inventory was much better at Holiday, than the dealerships in Neenah and Appleton. I searched for 2 weeks online before setting up test drives at various dealerships. When we arrived at Holiday, my chosen vehicles were lined up, and ready for to go, we drove 3 Mazdas and bought a Mazda6 Grand Touring. We were able to get a fair trade-in value on our car. The nice thing is we were there less than 3 hours with in-house financing. We will go back to Holiday again. Thank you.
