They HAVE to be nice sales people in order to sell, once they have aquire in selling, they will give you the runaounds for months, and the shop is even worse, not organized at all, I regret taking my car to them even for the free oil change! I no longer have the car, it was a total loss after 7 months of purcasing it. P.S. for every one bad review, right after, you have 10-15 people giving them 5stars, FAKE!

Every car I get has a transmission problem or I have to get work done on the car. My car is a 2020 and the Trans is going out do not go here

I bought a 2020 Tesla Model X at Baha after seeing it on Cars.Com. The listed price was really good so the only issue was the value of my trade-in. Mason made me a reasonable offer after I emailed pictures, then emailed me a Bill of Sale so I knew all the costs before I arrived. When I got there they took my 2016 Tesla Model S for a test drive and upped their trade-in offer by $2000 without any negotiation by me. They look like a typical corner used car lot with cars packed in, but they have a lot of nice cars. They listed my trade-in at a very attractive price. It will be a great deal for someone. Pro Tip: If you're coming from the north, don't get off I-94 at Cicero. Take the next exit east and enjoy a more relaxing drive to North Avenue.

I went in to buy my first car, and even though it took longer than I thought lol. I must say it was an great experience Mason was very,very helpful and with everything! I got my keys the same day.

Love love love my new 2020 Hyundai Kona. They were very lenient with me choosing a car although my credit wasn't the best. Bricia also gave me a whole free year of oil change and I cannot be anymore thankful! So excited, thank you Baha I'm blessed. Happy New Years!

In terms of timing, this was QUICK! I'm not referring to as in rushing me, but they were very detailed, focused on your needs and financial status, as well as understanding. Anas took the time to walk around the lot with me after getting me a Pre-Approval, showed me around 5 cars that matched my budget, and went on a test-drive for 2 cars. The finance team and the accountants Nema and Bricia were awesome and so sweet. I was given mint and water while waiting. After that, they even got me an insurance quote with Progressive, even lower than what I was paying with InsuranceNavy. Thank you so much. Timing and organization was great. I called to get a quote, got scheduled in. After 2 days I came, was greeted with snacks while waiting (for around 1:30 hours).
