Chad was extremely helpful. I had not purchased a new car for 15 years so was not up to date on the new technology, Chad patiently explained it to me and showed me how things worked. I would buy a car from him any day, The Ford dealership where I have dealt for 60 years no longer carries the type of vehicle that I wanted so I was looking for a new dealership as well as a car. I liked the more informal atmosphere of a smaller dealership like Gustman. A trip to Kolloso convinced me that I was correct.

My brakes still sound like whales mating - just not as loud. Not so much Gustmans fault, more a crap brake pads in this CR-V issue.
