Cadillac warranty service

Hate their customer service. I needed just regular maintenance before heading home to Colorado. Since BERGSTROM is a certified service center for Cadillac I took it to Appleton from New London. They said tires were all 36# like when I got there! I have nitrogen and not available at any station! After 6 calls with no return including from Candice in customer service I paid $10 to bring them up to 36# which varied from 2-6# each under inflated. Totally disappointed!

WONDERUL BUYING EXPERIENCE!

25 years since I bought from a dealer.

Scott worked with me through the entire process. I felt comfortable and welcome. There were a few glitches, but the staff worked hard to get me in my Sonata, and I would make the drive again.

Son's First Car

This purchase was for my son's first car. He was excited but very nervous and hesitant. He has been with on occasions when the purchase of a new or used car dragged out into an all day affair. Mike Meilke, the salesman, and Patrick, the business manager, made this purchase actually enjoyable. Enjoyable enough that I told Mike, if/when I buy another used car or new Chevrolet from Bergstrom, I will come to him to make the purchase. Everything went quickly and smoothly. The longest part was waiting for the car to be washed and gassed up. You definitely did all you could to make sure my son will always come back to Bergstrom for his cars.

Friendly, fast service

In Sept., 2011, I purchased my 2012 Cruze from Bill Tusler. I have taken my car back there for oil changes & recall repairs. I was helped by many of the service reps, and each time I was treated with respect and kindness. The repairs have usually been done before the time frame I was given. And they always return my car to me freshly washed.

Excellent experience, highly recommend

I purchased a 2015 Chevy Malibu and Bergstrom Chevrolet Cadillac of Appleton was awesome. They were fabulous to work with, attentive to my lists of 'must haves' in my new car and Bill was the BEST. Thanks for such a great experience!

Amazing

I recently purchased a 2015 Chevy from Anthony Ertl. I have worked with Bergstrom before in the past for service and they and always treated me fair. This last experience I had was like none other I have ever had before. Anthony went way above and behind my expectations. He was by far the most knowledgeable kindest caring individual I have ever had the privilege to work with. He made me realize what the true meaning of customer service really means I highly recommend Anthony to anybody that is looking to purchase a vehicle. Excellent Sales Consultant

My wife and I worked with Anthony Ertl in purchasing a used 2012 Traverse. I would strongly recommend him as a sales constultant. He was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles he showed us. He was professional and courteous through the entire process (even when things weren't going as planned). He worked extremely hard to get us the vehicle we wanted. Anthony does business with intergrity and is the guy you want to work with.
