Sold me a used truck and a week later had to put in close to $4,000 worth of work.

Do not buy a car from Abbott Motors. I purchased a used Honda CRV there in December 2019. The sales person seemed like a grandfatherly figure who wouldn't take advantage of you. I was wrong - he told me this car was never in an accident, but I found out recently that it was in a moderate to severe rear end crash. They charged me several thousands dollars more than the car was worth.

I do NOT recommend buying anything from this dealership I bought a truck for over 15k it had numerous problems including major stock missing parts also the undercarriage was in very poor rusted condition (which they hide on the sales lot with a black powder) they repaired some of the safety issues because they had to the rest I was xxxx out of luck. Abbott motors employs a disclaimer stating that the description on their website does not have to match that particular vehicle in other words they can legally lie. A word of caution have a licensed mechanic inspect any vehicle before buying even a peddle car...I'll be paying for my mistake for 5 years...gary

Took my 2006 PT Cruiser in because of electrical system gremlins. A different garage had told me not to bring it back. Tim and his crew went through every wire, lubricated where necessary and checked every ground. I’m sure it was tedious and painful for them, but at the end I have my summertime cruiser back and am enjoying the hell out of it! Thanks to Tim and crew. You guys ROCK!!!

Had my suv repaired and what amazing job ! Mike called me back to install a tail light which I didn’t even know was cracked ! This is how honest mike is and the work done was beyond perfect ! He is one of the most honest and honorable ppl I know !!! Thank you again mike ! There service department drained me for money. I took the car in for an oil change. There were no mechanical issues with the car. After getting the car back later in the day the check engine light came on. Then the throttle position sensor they tampered with and the engine idled excessively high . Eventually it ruined the engine and I had to junk the car. Then they had the gull to act like nothing was there fault. I paid them a fortune in service repairs and they ruined the vehicle.

Iv known mike for 25 years and I would never take my car to be repaired any where else! He is a honest man with integrity ! Work is perfect ! He stands behind his work

Told my sales rep what I wanted and they found it for me. I struggled a little with my credit and not only did Mike manage to get me financed, I also had a much lower rate than I ever thought possible. I even got a good warranty. I'm loving my truck and like that they had all the service records and will continue to service my truck. Very nice family oriented place with no pressure. They treat you like family.
