I was looking for something different in a full size pick up truck, I'm sure glad Jack's Ford found me serching the internet. They sent me photos and specs on a Hopped-Up 2012 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab in victory red, 20"custom rims, 6"lift, custom seats... and a bunch of other stuff. I was really blown away when I went to Jack's and drove it! Everyone of the staff at Jack's were awsome, made my purchase very enjoyable. Bottom line is, if you are looking for a one of a kind vehicle you got to get to Jack's Thanks Guys!

I've been purchasing vehicles and/or getting them serviced at Jack's Ford for 20 years. Just bought a new 2012 F-150 from Greg Kirchner. Couldn't be happier about the experience. No hassle, no pressure, competitive pricing, and no games. Service department is one of the best around. Again, no hassles. All straightforward and honest. Never try to push any etra services on you that aren't needed. Best of all, whether it's Greg in sales, the service department, or Ron jack the owner, they value their customers, know you to see you, and treat you like a friend.

He went out of his way to make the experience easy and pain-free. He kept us up to date on the money transfer from our Canadian bank and all through the paperwork required for export. Found the particular car on Autotrader, called and was still available. Talked to a very pleasant salesperson (Greg Kirchner). Drove 50 miles, saw and liked the car (2002 Chrysler Concorde LX), made the deal but, couldn't pick up until the following week end. Drove back up did the final paper work a drove the new car home. All went so well, the car looked great and sales and finance staff were all very nice. Great buying experience. Would recommend buying a vehicle from "Jack's Ford" to anybody. Very pleased. Even recieved a follow-up thank you card. First ever, since buying any car.

We finally found the Raptor we had been searching for (40 miles from our home). We drove to Jack's and recieved excellent customer service and will continue to do business in the future. Hello all, Taking a quick moment to share my recent experience (November 2011) purchasing a 2011 Ford F-150 from Jack's Ford. The product and the sales experience were both a pleasure. The entire Jack's Ford staff was great from sales all the way through the financing/paperwork. My sales rep was Greg Kirchner. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles, helpful, and low pressure. He also helped make the deal as financially feasible as possible. Post-sale, the financing and paperwork was quick and painless, they even contacted my insurance provider on my behalf-- basically I had to do nothing except leave with a beautiful new F-150. I've purchased several vehicles in my 42yrs, this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Highly recommended.
