Our "Go to" Toyota dealership for over 10 years, with the

Our "Go to" Toyota dealership for over 10 years, with the exception of today's "routine free 100K service", we always have felt valued and treated fairly. That today's service was an anomaly is accepted, albeit not without being upset at the two hour+ wait for what has typically been 45 minutes at most.
