New Tacoma

Sincerity in doing their best for us and did what they said they would do and very appreciative. (We worked with Brian B and Mike P, Mike helped us threw the whole day on Saturday and went the extra mile working on things. Brian set things up for us through the internet communication and answered all our questions through the internet.) Also the waiting area with snack, beverages and TV were very nice, we were there from around 10am to 4pm trying to decide and then working threw things.

Friendly, Fast, Efficient Service. Nice Facility. No pressure, professional service. Waiting areas are very nice, or you can get great shuttle service too!

Wonderful service

Brian Brunner was excellent! My husband and I are Sr citizens and he helped us with all the new fancy items in our car. Without his patients, we would still be figuring out how to work everything. He is an asset to your company! Doug in finance was very good also.

Great Service!

I came in for a low tire warning light and the service dept. offered to do my 15,000 mile checkup as long as I was there, saving me an additional trip later. Excellent service!!

great service and clean, comfortable waiting areas

Got right in and only took 45 min. Very complete feedback on my van , (ie: tire wear, back brakes needing replacement pads, and so forth)

Great service, great staff

Able to get appointments when I want them. All the staff are very cordial and friendly. I met your new product specialist yesterday. (Tori Gappa) She was very pleasant to talk with. I told her that once Chuck retires I will come to her to purchase my new vehicles.
