Took me a while to make a decision. Walter did a great job staying in touch with me while I figured out how to go about this purchase. Sent me videos of the vehicle inside and out before making my 90 minute journey to FC. Exactly as described, went for a drive and fell in love. Walter - Thank you for making me an Audi fan!

Buyer beware
I’ve purchased over 50 vehicles in my life, and never been lied to by a dealership like this one! Within two days of purchasing the Maserati, the air-conditioning failed, the brakes failed!, The tire pressure monitoring system failed, and the trunk got locked permanently None of these problems were disclosed to me, and I was told the car was in great shape. I was also told that because I got a good deal, I shouldn’t complain. However, because none of this was disclosed, I believe I was lied to. as a disabled veteran, I feel I should be treated better. I feel I’ve done my part for my country, and it wouldn’t be very hard to treat me with respect. This dealership did not treat me with respect, and they should be avoided at all cost. Don’t trust a word they say!

I’ve purchased over 50 vehicles in my life, and never been lied to by a dealership like this one! Beware!
Tried to sell a vehicle with broken door latch. They are NOT BBB accredited business like their website states. There was extensive body work not disclosed per mechanic during inspection. Car Fax had low miles and no accidents but there was rust on the interior.

Just want Your Money
Dont go here. Just overall Bad business. They make promises by mouth that do not reflect in there contract. Salesman says "I appreciate your enthusiasm" when I was explaining my concerns about the car defects and malfunctions. Made a mockery out of me from asking for help after purchase.

WORSE Experience Ever
Money Hungry Dealership that does not care about the satisfaction of their customer. I went to this dealership and bought a car that was leaking fluids(essential to the transmission) the next day. I asked if they could repair this because it was apart of the dealer warranty for power train, engine and transmission issues that was promised to be repaired if any thing went wrong. The salesman said to me " our cars fail inspection all the time and we fix it, yours didn't fail so why are you worried". I begged and asked for a simple fix to this car and was denied multiple times. I then had to talk about the context of the contract and how it was written incorrectly and that it should be repaired under warranty. Consequently this was very painful experience to put your trust in this dealership get them paid and be treated like you didn't matter after. DONT GO HERE!! poor customer service.

Very Pleasant Used-Car Buying Experience
I recently bought a 2006 BMW Z4 3.0si from FC Auto. They were very helpful & made the process easy. When I took delivery of the car the inside rear-view mirror was dangling - I thought it would be an easy fix, but it turned out to be more complicated, and they reimbursed me for part of the cost of a brand-new auto-dimming mirror.

Good purchase experience and good car
Just bought a 2015 Corolla from FC auto yesterday, I have to say this is the best experience I have ever had during the car purchase process. The staff is friendly and helpful. They might be busy and reply late, call them if you need help immediately, also if you have already built a connection with them, they will always get back to you very quickly. When I walked in, I can tell that they are not the kind of people that treat you like you are a money pig. They never push you and say how good they are and buying a car from them is the best choice, they answer every possible question and leave the decision to you. They showed me every part of the car even though I didn't ask for it, and because I am not a mechanical person, they explained a lot of details like what this part works, and what color of water means it is in good condition. The car is nice and clean (which I really pay attention to!). Everything went very smoothly, the representative explained every detail about documents and financing that I need to know, I came in with a specific car that I am interested in, but if you don't, they will introduce you to the options within your budget. A nice shopping experience, hope you can get a car from them.

Avoid This Dealership
I purchased a vehicle from the dealership on 5/17/22. Within 2 days of the purchase the car would no longer start. I reached out to the dealership and notified them of the issue and that I would be taking it to our mechanic. The car was towed on 5/26 with an out-of-pocket expense of $105. The car remained at the mechanic from 5/26-7/14 as the mechanic made multiple attempts to determine what was wrong with the vehicle. Out-of-pocket expense of $115. Notified the dealer my mechanic could not determine the issue, the dealer advised I tow the car to a mechanic they use. 7/21/22 towed the vehicle to the dealer’s mechanic per the dealer’s instructions out-of-pocket expense $295. I have been with no vehicle for almost 3 months, paid $515 in repair fees to date as well as paying a car payment with no car. I call the dealer repeatedly for resolution and always am told leave a message and someone will call me back. While the car is sold as is there is an expectation it should last more than 2 days, and the dealer given the situation should be taking responsibility to remedy this situation and refuses to provide any assistance.
