This dealership is small but well stocked with quality vehicles. The sales people are very polite and not overly pushy. The process was quick and to the point. They were honest with the deal. Haggle free environment. The fastest car buying experience we ever had. Our sales person Stephanie, was honest and very attentive. I will definitely buy another used vehicle from this dealership.

They were very through and knowledgeable they had a lot of information on the car inquired about. They did not annoying me with multiple calls day in and day out

Purchased a 2005 Ford mustang and it was the perfect car for me after months of looking. I was helped out by ALBERT LARIOS and the guy was extremely helpful and honest willing to help any way he could. Also the the person who went over the contract with me was great he explained everything in detail. 5 stars easy ask for Albert he'll be tons of help!!

Honestly was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman was very polite and very helpful. I told Chris Urquia I seen an ad on www.cars.com for a 2006 Mustang GT and he walked me right to it the car and even though they had more expensive cars and Mustangs on the lot he never once tried pressuring into buying something out of my price range. Honestly Chris and the whole staff tool great care of me took there time and made sure i got what i wanted at the monthly payment i wanted. I most definitely will be back buying more cars from them. They are 100% professional and go out of there way to make sure you leave there happy and with the car you want.

Contacted them for a specific vehicle, and they responded quickly and courteously....... even tho I did not buy, they were very nice to talk with.

The team at Cypress Motors was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately when all was said and done they could not get me financed without a co-signer and I could not come up with a suitable co-signer.

I did a ton of research to find a reliable used car for my daughter, now that she has moved out on her own. So I had a very good idea of the market and prices. Cypress Motors had a very clean (one owner) low miles car in the year and model we wanted. The salesman, Nathan, was a pleasure to deal with. I know from my research that the price was very fair and they were able to beat the financing I had gotten from my credit union. My daughter is happy because she has a beautiful car that will last her many years. I am happy because I know it is reliable and safe, and that we got a very good deal for her. Worth the drive!

I was looking to buy my first car and I landed at cypress motors. They were very welcoming. Nathan was very supportive throughout the process despite my lack of credit history. The entire process was smooth and it was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend it to everyone to check it out.

I was very interested in a hybrid car and before actually money was exchanged, there was a 2 day gap. During those 2 days, they were calling me (as expected) constantly and wanting me to close the deal. When I finally did, I drove the car and found some problems, I called them and relayed these problems. They said they will call me back. It's been a week and no calls! I manage to fix things myself. So, their customer service was just hot air. Before purchasing, they said I can return the car withing 30 days to have things fixed if there should be any issues. That was a lie. Don't get me wrong, I love this car, but... I would recommend anyone who purchase a car and finding problems to actually return the car and demand them to fix it, instead of calling them and waiting for a return call. I knew this kind of things may happen from a used car dealership, so I am tolerant of it and i can fix a lot of things myself. albeit you shouldn't have too!! I would not purchase another car from them again.

Me and my husband are first time buyers trying to build our credit and they help us to finance a car we Love!!! After having it a little while the battery needed to be changed and that's normal since it's a used car and they helped us with coast to replace it! Over all very Happy with the buying experience and our car! If your looking for a Dealer that will help you drive off in a vehicle that you Love and need to build your credit this is the place to go!!
