Great cars, great people, highly recommended
2024 CTS was delivered a little later than expected due to worker strike, supply chain issues, etc. but that was out of the dealership's hands, and they did a great job of keeping me informed in the meantime and dealing with my impatience. Special shout out to Mike Bowman, who is a pleasure to work with, and extremely knowledgeable on the inventory and the process. He didn't rush me, or try to upsell me, and working with him, buying a new car here was frictionless. Plus, the vehicle itself is amazing. Thanks Moore Cadillac!

2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation
Purchased a CT5 in May 2023 and just had the first service completed at 5k miles. The service department was overwhelmed after I arrived for my appointment. Allen, the service manager was nice but seemed to be the only service manager on this day. I arrived at 1020 for a 1030 appointment. I figured an hour but it took 2 hours and 35 minutes by the time I drove away from the dealership. It might have been longer had I not stood anxiously outside of Allen’s office as I had another appointment 20 minutes away. As a result, I arrived late at my appointment by 20 minutes and had to reschedule. My wife and I love our CT5 but I sincerely hope I don’t have to wait more than an hour for my next oil change and tire rotation. I believe an hour is reasonable. On the sales side, Esse was our sales representative when we bought the car and he has been fantastic during the sale and after. Beautiful, state of the art dealership.

Being nice or any kind of sympathy or merci is far away
Being nice or any kind of sympathy or merci is far away from this dealer !! Always look how to snatch or make money from peoples pocket !! Never admit their own mistake !! Advisors are unprofessional & crook !! No point of having director or manager on them !! All of them are in be same pace !! Highly not recommended

BUYER BEWARE.
BUYER BEWARE... I Custom ordered a new Escalade V 7 months ago from Moore Cadillac, and the dealership and I agreed to a price of MSRP. After doing my due diligence locally I seeked out this dealership as they were the only ones advertising that they would not be charging a premium on top of MSRP. I am from New Jersey. They are located in Virginia. I was asked for a $5000 deposit. I did so, when it was time to take delivery of the vehicle 7 months later I was told by the dealership and finance manager that I would not have a choice to finance the vehicle nor was I allowed to pay cash for the vehicle. Instead, I was only FORCEFULLY told to lease the vehicle with a markup of 100 points onto their money factor added to the MSRP at the end of the day. For context this equated to a premium of about $500-600 more per month on the lease. If I I decided to purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease after all taxes and fees I would of over paid by $50,000 to own this vehicle the way the dealership forces me to purchase. (Lease to buy) Both the finance manager and sales director (Mike Dwyer) told me its a standard practice they do to all customers that lease a vehicle from them, they maximize profits and raise the money factor on every deal. The customer doesn't even know what's going on. The customer wouldn't see it on the contract. Its hidden on a back screen only the dealership can see. No matter if its a $40,000 vehicle or $150,000 vehicle. ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THESE GAMES. The finance manager stated this was a standard practice of the dealership, and that if I could afford this truck then I could afford to pay the markup. The finance manager spoke to me in a most condescending tone and told me "this is what you are going to do, take it or leave it." I was incredibly upset and asked for a few days to process this as this was in no way shape or form what was discussed when I left the deposit back in July 2022. In the interim of processing this egregious and shady sales tactic I had a death in my family, which I mentioned when the Sales Director (Mike Dwyer) called me to try and strong arm me into either filling out a credit application or they will take the vehicle away from me. His cold and callous response was "We will release the vehicle to another client and part as friends if you don't complete the paperwork." The crookedness and heartless business practices of this dealership left me with no choice but to not accept their deceitful business practices. They never intended to sell me this vehicle at MSRP as agreed, instead they thought I was a desperate fool willing to go along with their strong arm business practices to take a vehicle with an insane markup. I had to fight to receive my deposit back from the sales director who dodged my calls, text messages and emails. I did end up receiving it finally but I can not believe this is the way this dealership chooses to do business. After speaking with the general manager ( David Sanez) he even told me I could of purchased locally for $20,000 over msrp and saved 5 months of waiting with getting a lower interest rate, and that deal would of made more sense then the deal I would be getting from them. He also stated that the owner of the dealership was the person who set the structure and no one will over turn or alter the structure for this specific vehicle. Who does that. The original sales women( Jean Benedict) sounded very sweat as well while placing the order but quickly changed and couldn't handle running numbers clearly, and quickly started to avoid all my calls/ emails. This is a exclusive vehicle Cadillac is not mass producing and was a dream of mine to own. This is a collector vehicle for the future. They crushed my dream and wasted a lot of my time. I've been driving Escalades for years and was never treated or lied to this way from any local dealership. Everyone locally was upfront on there markups. Shady characters here at Moore Cadillac.

Hello Alan Kopitman , Surprised to see a lengthy post from the past Fleet Manager at Open Road BMW. You and every client that has ordered a a Escalade V has been told we are offering lease only at the time the order was placed, We have been the most transparent dealer of any with our commitment to not selling above MSRP. We asked you you to fill out a credit application prior to car arriving so we could have you approved by the bank for a 160,000 dollar vehicle and deliver the car quickly once it arrived. You NEVER filled one out ever. One can only speculate on why you didn't. Good luck on job search as I see on LinkedIn you are looking for a job. To be clear we sent your deposit back before you even asked for it and no one dodged you calls or emails. Best of luck, David Saenz, General Manager 703-790-0095
David If your establishment was as responsive to my numerous call and texts I would have not had to post my lengthy negative experience with your dealership. If you spent just a quarter of your time constructively running your business rather than spending your time googling clients on linkedin you wouldn’t have to spend so much time back peddling to all the negative reviews your center receives. One’s past employment has nothing to do with what one is seeking to purchase. This clearly seems to be a pattern of yours, as shown in multiple review responses. Corporate will enjoy seeing your keyboard warrior response so thank you for proving to your online review seeking clients how poorly your business is ran. If your representatives were as diligent, in explaining your shady business practices I would not have wasted the last 7 months awaiting the arrival of my new vehicle, and if the proper documentation wasn’t received on your end then the vehicle would have never been ordered and what was the reason my deposit was held for all this time? The fact of the matter stands that you all lied and tried to take advantage of a client and now attempt to use bully tactics to respond when a client doesn’t fall desperate to bad business practices. The fact that you feel the need to bash your clients when they speak on their experiences in such a personal and poor way is a pathetic excuse of a general managers time. Oh and why would I ever send in my credit information to be ran when I noticed immediately the numbers didn't add up. The lease contract provided by your staff show all the proof. I have it all in writing and if I could attach it here I certainly would of. So at the end of the day clearly it was not a MSRP deal. It was way over that. 50k over that. Your not getting me there buddy. You can try that on someone else. Best of luck attempting to take advantage of the next victim that try's to purchase a vehicle from your establishment.
RACIAL PROFILED
Well we'll got a call from salesmanship Darren or Derrick regarding my review he expressed that he was busy and had alot going today but needs me to take review down I expressed I would not do so because of the false advertising and lack of customer service i was given and to top it off I receive a comment from the General manager David Saenz telling me his apologies regarding me not getting what I wanted for my trade in but that wasn't the reason for the review and I'm aware I can take the other offer David but that just showd there is racial inequality within the organization starting from the General Manger down to the sales rep.

Purchase new XT6
While looking to buy a used SUV, I purchased a new Cadillac SUV from stock that had just been delivered that morning. Price was reasonable given the low supply of used and new SUVs in the marketplace. Sales Consultant Essie was very diligent and helpful during this process.
