Check everything listed on web listings. They will not honor an item listed that is not on vehicle, even their own website. Said had remote start, when we called to inquire how to use it was told web listings were errors. Bought vehicle engine light came on during 2 hour drive home, bad catalytic converter. Was told they'd pay for 1/2 of labor, but didn't. Never did get to speak to manager, kept getting passed back to sales associate. Customer service big zero, unless you like the slimy used car salesman thing, then a 5. Worst car buying experience.
