Friendly until the purchase

These guys come off as super friendly and helpful, right up until you sign the dotted line. I contacted them about a vehicle they had advertised. Straight off, the salesman steered me away from it and tried to sell me on a 20 yo rattletrap with super high miles and rust everywhere. When I chose the vehicle I wanted to check out, the battery was dead. I was told it was on them to replace it if it was bad. I was also very firm that whatever I chose not leak or use oil. The salesman looked underneath and claimed it was 'dry as a bone.' I wound up purchasing the vehicle. It was nice, clean and it ran very well. The price was quite fair. When I asked over the battery, I was told it was 'just fine' and the auto had just sat too long. Well, a week after an 'as is' purchase, the battery needs replaced. There is a puddle of oil in my driveway, and the seatbelts and airbags are malfunctioning. And if you try to ask questions after a sale, you are likely to be subjected to bullying tactics and disrespect, just saying. Do NOT do business with these people. They are the type of outfit that represents the worst of their industry.

Amazing

Very helpful and willing to work with you. This is the only place I go to for my vehicles. I have never had a problem with them. They also go above and beyond. Mechanics are hardworkingand really care about what they do.

Horrible sales

Breech of verbal agreement. Sold it higher after they agreed to my offer. Bad cover up practices. Beware of bondo and paint swirls. Bad bad bad!

Wholesale Hill

After visiting the Wholesale Hill at the back of Silver Eagle and getting a first hand taste of the salesman's lack of professionalism and chip he is carrying on his shoulder. I wouldn't buy a car or recommend anyone I know to these people from this lot. Cars are way over priced for the condition they are in, when I mentioned to my wife that we are going now and look around for the truck she was looking at was way over priced the salesman over heard me and took it upon himself to start speaking unprofessionally and as we were walking away he entered his building talking crap about my wife and I to his co-worker. NO-SALE TODAY

Buyer beware, they remove parts

Purchased a 2003 Ford Ranger with average miles and in average condition for a fair price. When we test drove the vehicle we checked the air conditioning which blew warm. The salesman said it just needed charged. I purchased the vehicle a few days later in October 2012. It wasn't until we were doing an oil change 2 months later that we discovered they had removed the compressor and changed the belt. It was on when we test drove it but when you sign that paper before you drive off the lot "as is" you had better check the tires wheels and under the hood. It never crossed my mind, I hope I stop this from happening to another.

Worst service and cars ever

This has got to be the worst place to buy a car. All the cars have flaws. Nice cars on the outside but horrible cars when it comes to dependability. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! They get the cars going enough to get off the lot and that's about all it's going to go. They make you sign waiver "as is" and tell you all the cars were inspected,... but the inspection was done by their staff. BUNCH OF UN-ETHICAL CROOKS!!!!
