James in the service department is the greatest advisor ever. He always keeps us informed on our vehicles and treats us like family. He should get a huge raise. It's not just a job to him, he cares about his customers.

The folks at Brickner's of Antigo are fantastic. Shirley in the finance is superb. Jeff Shuster is a great guy to deal with i would recommend him to anyone.

We picked up a new Dodge Ram truck today at Brickners in Antigo. The employees at Brickners made the process very easy and simple and everything went smoothly. We are pleased with the truck and with the helpful and friendly attitudes of the people there.

We bought a motorhome from them 12/28/13 we were told that they would show us everything working including the water system and it would be rewinterized. I asked them to look up the age of the tires they told me they were 5 years old. When I took delivery they refused to show me water in the system until after my 3rd visit and I had to agree to pay $100 to rewinterize the system (they found quit a bit wrong took over 2 days to replace pipes ) now I brought it in for a oil change and my dealer showed me the tires are 16 years old. How can you trust a dealer that would put you In a 20,000 lbs motorhome with 16 year old tires

I contacted the dealership just to get some basic information. Jeff Schuster was very polite in his email to me. Not at all pushy. I will stop in the next time I'm in Antigo.

Bill in sales was very accomodating during a semi difficult deal since we were under the gun to get a deal done before year end (right on 12/31 at 5ish) and to further complicate the situation I live 2+ hours away! I was in town on business 12/27 and 28 and looked at car both days,Bill was off on Saturday(12/29) so we only had Monday 12/31 to get deal done and we did!!! They were very negotiable with us to make us happy and I assume they were as well.
