I purchase a used Corvette from them.
I purchase a used Corvette from them. I also purchased rim damage insurance from them. I made a claim to the insurance company. I was sent back to them to get a rim. All I needed was for them to call the insurance company. They told me they won't do that. All I can say is Wow!

They draged their feet telling me a loan rate giving me
They draged their feet telling me a loan rate giving me little time to get my own loan if their rate was not the lowest. The day before I was to pick up vehicle they still did not have a loan rate for me. When they called , they found one that was higher that the loan they found for a family member who bought just 2 days before. When I called back saying I know of lower rate, they some how came up with a lower rate. They claimed they did not want to leave too long of a voice mail if it would not all fit , well why not just tell me the low rate. The phone conversation seemed very fishy. Told finance person I needed the contract paperwork to take to a financial instution, told her the day a d time I would be there to pick it up. I got there at that time to pick up contarct and all the staff was in a meetinng. The receptionist paged her to come to lobby for customer assistance. She never came out of the staff meeting. I was made to wait for 25 min. That shows poor regard to customer service and disrespect for my time. She knew the time I was coming plus was paged but never showed up. Two days prior to puchasing my vehicle I was there when my family memeber purchased a vehicle. For the down payment for my family mememer I asked if a cashier check is needed, finace person said no, a personal check is fine. On my purchase, I presented a personal check for my down payment and things change and they did not like that. They said before I could leave with the new vehicle I need to Verify funds in my bank. I well how would I do that. Its 6:45 pm anf all the banks are closed. I said if you would have told me.I needed a cancer check.I would have done so to avoid all this. You told my family member not to use cashier check and to use personal check. I completly understand the need to make sure someone has the funds, but tell me this before so I can use a cashier check. I would have done this but you told my family member to use their personal check, so naturally I would have done the same. They asked me to go online to my online banking site to show the funds are their. I do not bank on my phone for security reasons and do not know password , have that at home. They had me go to a bank close by which is not my bank to print receipt on my account balance. I had more than enough in account to cover the check, but that is no ones xxxx business to see what I have. That is a complete invasion of privacy.And should be illegal. Since this ATM machi ne they had me use, there better not be a few to use it or I need the dealership to pay me this fee. It was their Fault. This is the worst experience I had.

Tired of going to the quick lube and having them miss
Tired of going to the quick lube and having them miss stuff such as grease Certs in tire tread depth they’re not doing a complete thorough job. seriously gonna affect my choice of where I purchase or leasing new vehicle in the coming months

Very courteous people. Work done in a timely and professional manner. Oil life indicator said 100%, instead of 97 or 98% which happens at other places.
