This was a delightful experience!

This was a delightful experience! Working with Richard was so easy to work with! He is not down your throat when purchasing your car he makes the environment a non anxiety and calm feeling! He's very patient when it comes to buying your car! Such a lovely place to buy your car I will be coming back all the time whenever I want to purchase a car! I feel so lucky to have Ran across this place in Alhambra! Love love love it!

Not good service

don't go there the sales guy not good at all he was ignoring us me and my wife . Total waste our time we drove from anaheim for nothing😔

APEX experience

Buying a used car can be a tough job but my experience with APEX under the leadership of Kent Ng proved that it can be done easily, without pressure and regrets. Kent is a true professional, knows his profession. During the whole transaction I never felt uncomfortable or had unanswered questions. Thanks Kent

No-fluff dealership

I found a car at cars.com and contacted the dealership several times over the phone to answer my questions and request an appointment to see the car (I don't live in the area). Wanted to initially see the car on the weekend and told several employees about it, only to find out the car was taken to a shop appointment on my preferred day to see it. Disappointed, but liked the car so much, I made a new attempt to see it during the week. Upon arrival, Jack Chu greeted me and immediately handed me the keys to the car to check it out and "just come and ask if you have questions". I had time to check the car inside and out by myself, and was able to take it on a test drive quickly after without much interaction with Jack. As the main business of the dealership is exporting cars to the Asian market, it's no surprise you'll find a basic service with no fluff and no gimmicks at Apex. After my test drive I waited for Jack, expressed my interest, and we got straight to the point. He is no pushy salesperson, he'll allow you to look around and ask questions. Cars are priced fairly, and there is not much room for negotiations. You basically buy as-is, and can't haggle for the price much. My trade-in car was valued based on an online recommendation, again without much bartering for a better price. On the other hand, Jack didn't try to up-sell me anything, add services or costs beyond the sales tax, documentation fee and DMW registration. I'd recommend Apex to customers who like the cars and their prices online, and want a quick and satisfactory car buying experience. Definitely no frills, so do your research before you commit, come here to check the inventory and buy your vehicle close to the advertised price. I purchased my vehicle, and drove away satisfied with the overall experience.

We do apologize for the vehicle wasn't being in the lot over the weekend for you to view, due to the reason that the front bumper had some bad scratches, and we had to send it out for a detail work to have it rebuffed, so it will be nicely presented when you arrive. We also don't like to bother our customers while they are taking their time checking the car, that way our customers won't have any pressure, no one will be standing next to them starring at them, we're always around whenever customer has any questions. Not Good

The Seller was difficult to work with unable to work out a deal for purchase, no haggle price i was ready to purchase but the salesman wasnt ready to make a deal not even a little bit.

Excellent!!

Recently bought a car from Apex Autonet. The salesperson who helped me with my buying process was Mr. Jack Chu, he was very knowledgeable and experienced and the process was pleasant and satisfying for me. Would recommend them to all of you buyers !!!

I've been looking for a car for a month, and this is place definitely a 5-star place to buy a second-hand. Because it is small, I was doubtful in the first, but the sales person Kent makes the whole buying process easy and no fuss at all. If you don't like the on and forth arguing like me, and hate the "sales going to the manager to argue for you" kind of thing, please check out this place.

Easy to deal. Friendly staff

I went in to check an advertised 2013 Mini Cooper and I came home with it, hassle free. Staff were great and service was excellent.
