Great customer service !

When I came in , I had parameters on price and quality . I met the GM Will Mulchany., who introduced me to Vincent Balachia . As we discussed what I needed Vince keep steering me until we came upon exactly what I needed and wanted. It was great working with a professional ! I was very impressed with the whole experience and will tell my family and friends .

Never again

Upon arriving was not greeted by anyone, had to ask for help as if my money was not important to them. They were trying to overcharge me for a car with hidden fees. They also charge for freight from manufacturer ($800), adding this towards the cost of the car. They have an anti-theft package added to their cars that they charge for - something I did not want or ask for. I got the same car for $2000 less out the door at another dealership. This dealership is aggressive - do not go there alone if you are easily intimidated or uneducated.

Great Experience!

It was a great experience from start to finish. Dan mulcahey did a great job of taking care of me. I knew what car I wanted they gave me a fair price and they got me in and out very quickly. This is the 4th car I have bought from them and I will continue to do so!

SCAM ARTIST'S

I cannot believe how dishonest THEY ALL ARE! I went in to purchase a used MDX and I spoke with them, letting them know I was in their business before, letting them know I didn't want to play THE GAME! Well, they proceeded to play every game there is! Besides all the gameplay, I still wanted to purchase the vehicle. We settled on a price. All was said & done, I filled out the credit app, and they take one final jab & try to sneak $6,000 on top of the deal. Biggest Scam Artists There Are! I would never buy nor send anyone there EVER!!!
