DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER!

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER!!!! I DROVE 100 MILES TO TEST DRIVE AND BUY A TELLURIDE LISTED AS CERTIFIED. THEY ADVERTISED A PRICE LOWER THAN ANY I FOUND ONLINE. AFTER THE TEST DRIVE I WAS GIVEN AN OFFER SHEET AND THE PRICE MAGICALLY WENT UP $3000. THEY ALSO LOWBALLED ME $3000 ON MY TRADE, DESPITE TELLING ME OVER THE PHONE THEY HAD A SALE PROMISING AN AUTOMATIC INCREASE ON TRADES, NO MATTER THE AMOUNT. AFTER I DISCOVERED THE DECEPTIVE PRICING AND CALLED THEM OUT, THEY EXPLAINED THE INCREASE WAS FOR THE 160 POINT INSPECTION FOR CERTIFICATION. AFTER I REFUSED TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY ACTED LIKE THEY WERE DOING ME A FAVOR BY TAKING OFF THE EXTRA $3000. NO APOLOGY. NO INTEGRITY TO ADMIT THEY WERE LIARS.

Went in to the dealership (Napleton Kia) to test drive a

Went in to the dealership (Napleton Kia) to test drive a vehicle that we were interested in after seeing on the website. When we arrived, no one greeted us or asked if they could help us, despite numerous employees sitting/standing around talking to each other. When we did get someone to help us and go on a test drive, he was not friendly, did not ask or answer questions and seemed generally disinterested. After getting some general info on the vehicle, we left with his phone number to ask any further questions. When we followed up later in the evening to ask if the dealership would be willing to take care of a few chips in the paint that we noticed as well as a smoke odor in the car, we were told that they were selling the car "as is" and that could "try smoke bombing it". We realize it's a used vehicle but these were simple questions that if a dealership were interested in making a cash sale, they would have addressed better. They just lost a sale with us for sure as well as any potential future referrals. Overall terrible experience.

Professional and straightforward - no haggle pricing was

Professional and straightforward - no haggle pricing was refreshing. Faris was very helpful and really easy to work with. Financing was easy. We love our newly purchased 2023 Acura with the technology package, and we’ll be back for our next Acura.

I found a 2024 Grand Cherokee from this dealership for

I found a 2024 Grand Cherokee from this dealership for sale on Cars.com and when I called to buy the car, I ended up getting the run around for almost 24 hours before the 6th person I spoke with told me they accidently put the wrong price online. Of course they wouldn't be honoring that price I was told, and they promptly asked for $5500 extra to buy it. Don't expect honesty from these guys, but be ready for a nice person answering the phone initially.

So I'm in the process of purchasing a 2017 jaguar through

So I'm in the process of purchasing a 2017 jaguar through this dealership and they are very rude people, as i found this vehicle on CarGurus and filled out everything required to do to purchase this jaguar with free delivery to my doorstep gave them all the information for delivery and they come up with some bull crap and told me they can't deliver it to me, so I have been going back and forth with them over them with the delivery and they told me it was my responsibility for delivery which is a crock it's their job to set up this delivery at the time of purchase not the costumers, it not like the dealership is far from my location I'm only 50 minutes south of their dealership, and the manager of the dealership was supposed to get in contact with me and is blowing me off, this is not the way online car shopping is supposed to be when they include free shipping to your home

Due to this being said with the issue you guys said you offer free delivery to my door step should be honored for all the trouble you have caused with the purchase of the 2017 jaguar or I will also be writing to the Better Business Bureau due to your lack of interest for the customer
