I have to say that I never thought that I would be approved for any vehicle. Melissa and Charles proved me wrong. I was approved for an Infinite M37x. This car has everything I ever wanted in a vehicle. The customer service was great! The owner of Fellah actually owned the vehicle that I purchased. He was nice enough to congratulate me and to show me how to work the remote start!

Bought a 2000 Dodge Durango Sport 5 months ago, the buying process was wonderful. The employees are extremely helpfull. The truck runs beautifully, if any problems come up they are alway willing to fix it without a headache. Financially they were able to put me and my family in a large enough truck for the right price. Next time I am ready to purchase another vehicle i will be heading there again.

Bought a 2003 CLK Convertible from Fellah Auto Group about 4 months ago, had a great experience buying the car, and they have done just as well with service when I brought the car back. Great family owned business and the employees there from sales to service, I give an A+. Was a great low pressure buy that I have not experienced before and they made it as easy on me as possible! To all those in the market searching for a certified used vehicle: Fellah Auto Group is by far one of the best certified used car dealerships ever. During my search for a reliable certified used vehicle I stumbled across many dealerships that were more interested in just closing a deal, then really getting to know that customers to find out what their needs and wants were. While walking the lot I came across a sales man by the name of Charles, which was extremely knowledgeable about the category of cars I was shopping for. He seemed to honestly want to find me a high quality, reliable used car that fits my needs. After searching the lot I came across a 2005 Infiniti G35 Coupe which had very low mileage and was in great condition. Altogether there was never pressure to purchase outside of my means which is something most dealerships will do. Charles then introduced me to a young lady named Melissa who worked in the finance department. Melissa was very honest in what she could and could not do for me. Even with ?OK? Credit she was still able to make accommodations to suit my needs. Thereafter I was then introduced to the lead mechanic whose name is Rob. Rob was very helpful and also educated me on how to properly maintain a vehicle, as well as giving mechanical tips to keep a vehicle running smoothly. Altogether I will like to thank Fellah Auto Group and their superb staff for making my car shopping experience one to remember. I tried buying from another dealer and ran into one obstacle after another. My credit let me down and the dealer let me down. I didn't know where to turn until a co-worker told me about Fallah Auto Group. I went in the morning picked out the 2008 Chrysler Town and Country and am I glad I did. It is loaded to the gills with accessories and features. The salesman, Charles, did and excellent job in helping me purchase the truck no glitches or snags just smooth sailing from start to finish. We bought a beautiful 2008 GMC Acadia today. We dealt with Melissa and Charlie and they were extremely friendly and accommodating. We love our new car and we had a great experience. The dealership was pretty busy but we still received great service.
