Mercedes-Benz of Valencia

I had a problem with my navigation system for a while, and finally thanks to the superb customer service of the General Manager Kas, Tom, Service Mgr. and my service rep. Ryan, everything is well now.

The salesman, Eduardo spent three hours with my husband and I showing us every car we were interested in. I’m sure we were a pain, however Eduardo never showed any impatience. When we made the decision on the car, he gathered up all the paperwork and made it extremely easy to close the deal. I have leased three cars from Valencia Mercedes-Benz over the years, and have always had an outstanding experience. My sales advisor, Jim Kleinman was very helpful and went out of his way to make the transaction effortless. Even though I live in the San Fernando Valley, the service and care that I receive at Valencia Mercedes-Benz is worth the travel.

The service itself is always good at VMBZ, however I have one issue/complaint/question. I was having service A2 which comes with break inspection, during break inspection you have to remove the tires.. I asked since the tires were off to inspect the breaks could they just rotate them.. I was told for a fee, which absolutely makes no since.. the tires are already off you have to but them back on why charge to put them back on, on a different side of the car??????

Sharif was the employee who helped me with my new car. He was very knowledgeable about the CLS and explained all the features to me. He was very pleasant and a pleasure to work with.

I had the pleasure of working with William Moussa and not only did he deliver what I asked for he went above and beyond.
