we have a 2025 Mercedes benz vehicle, only 3 months old with so many mechanical problems, we have made several attempts to schedule service for the last 2 weeks spoke to Dereck who promise to call us back to schedule service till today he haven't scheduled service for our car, we also request a call back from the service manager with no success, the saddest thing is that if you want to go to a different Diller they will deny service and sent you back to the Diller where you originally purchase your vehicle, please stay away from this Diller.

Had my E350 in for repairs to a Wheel and tire, was told that I needed two wheels and tires, they could not assist in finding used or less expensive products but only new (at least that is what they say). Service staff Scott is the posterchild for overpromise and under deliver!!! Promising one thing and never following through and now not accepting my calls. Come to find out from a Service Mgr. from another dealer that my $2,000.00 bill could have been $600.00 had I gone elsewhere....MB of Valencia you own the ONE & DONE market....

Beware of online scam tactic by the dealer and the internet sales director Daniel Medina and associate named Michelle. Found a car advertised at MB of Valencia with a good price. Contacted them but the price was immidietely upped by the dealer by whopping $15,000 higher. Bait-and-switch tactics waste time. Avoid this dealership!
