BE CAREFUL!

Bought a Ferrari from Casey's last month. Drove it home and died on me. It is now at Ferrari dealership getting repairs, no help from Casey. Ferrari said i got a lemon. More details will be posted next week when I get the final damage from Ferrari. Their ads are also deceiving, I will post on that as well.

Unprofessional

I made an appointment to test drive a car for the second time before bringing to my mechanic for inspection. I called them to tell them I was on my way as requested. They sold the car to someone as I was driving to the lot. They could have easily given me a call instead of allowing me to drive out there for nothing. Very unprofessional.

“As-is” means as-is

Bought a Porsche - late model, low miles from Casey’s. Had a list of repairs to make the car road worthy. They lied about making the repairs and played “dumb” about other needed fixes. $800 out-of-pocket later the car is very nice. Just remember as-is to these guys means “good luck” to you.

Dealer response

Rich, Can you refresh me on which vehicle you purchase including the last 5 digits of the vin? I am not seeing anyone with that name in my system purchasing a Porsche. Feel free to email or call me directly. We would like the opportunity to make it right. - Casey

Fantastic Experience

We recently bought a Maserati from Casey at Casey's Cars and couldn't be happier with both the car and the car buying experience. Casey gave us plenty of time to look around it and then when we were ready let us take it out for a test drive where he used his valuable knowledge to tell us all the things to look out for when buying a car such as this. What an utterly refreshing approach, a car salesman telling you the positives and the negatives of the type of car you're buying so you can make a truly informed decision. Once we had decided this car was the one, we talked price and he openly showed us how his car was priced compared to the local market to ensure we knew we were getting a fair deal, again, super refreshing. Deal done and he took the time to go through all the paper work and found us fantastic deal on the finance then before we knew it we were on the road in our new car, he even gave it another quick wash before we left. It's rare to find a car buying experience like this and someone that will be open and honest about your car of choice. Now that we know Casey can source specific cars for us in future, he will be our first call when we're ready to add our prefect spec 911 to the garage. Thanks Casey.

Porsche

I emailed the dealer and they never called me back or emailed me regarding the Porsche 911 car. Would have been nice if they did.

Outstanding service! Dealer went above and beyond

Casey (Manager) walked me through the process and made my purchase the easiest one I have ever experience. A truly zero haggle and zero pressure sale. Casey was very knowledgeable about the product and didn't try to sell me anything I did not need. Thanks guys keep up the good work!

Great Car for a Great Price

I recently purchased a BMW 750i from Caseys and I can honestly say it was a great experience. They were honest with me and even let me take the car to my own mechanic to get it inspected before purchasing the car . The process of buying the car was super quick and it only took about 20 minutes. Overall i had a great experience at Caseys and I got a great car for a great price.

Not Great

I felt they had a car I wanted for a real good price. They say it was sold on a Monday. I call up again because I see care still advertised about 2 weeks later and they said, "Oh yeah, it just sold a day ago." Not sure if they use that car as bait or what but I felt they use an ad to generate leads.

Dealer response

Mike, It is not uncommon for a vehicle to be put on hold and sell at some point later on. We advertise our vehicles until they are 100% sold. Until then the listings stay live and we ask that everyone call to check availability. Not sure this experience deserves two stars. Let me know what you are looking for and I can try to locate one. Thanks- Casey

Really, REALLY ROUGH BMW 328i Coupe

Drove quite a way to see a car that was So TRASHED, I didn't even ask for keys. Priced mid-upper market, for a LOW (market) vehicle. Having been around so long, I expected MUCH MORE from this Dealership
