I brought a 2021 Nissan rogue from here I dealt with Mike. He was very courteous. Everything went through very quickly. I was showed a few cars, chose the one I wanted. Took it for a test drive and everything was good. I ended up leaving with my vehicle the same day unexpectedly so that made me very happy to drive off in what I consider. My new car. Car was very clean, low miles. I have nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. If I have to deal with them again I will. Thank you for good night tomorrow. I've got my car from them for 3-4 months (Sept. 2022) my first car. The 1st issue I had was the brakes squeaking. I called Active Auto Sales a number of times regarding this problem, Mo said "You should have new breaks, and they would need to be worn in., just call back if it continues." I called back a number of times left voice mails and still THEY WHERE NO HELP AT ALL. A friend told me to get the Maintenace records, so I called (12/10/22) Active and spoke to Mike he said, "No problem" and agreed to email me but I'm still waiting for that, and I just called today (12/28/22) for someone named Nick to tell me they don't keep the records at all and as of (12/27/22) I had to put my Tucson into the shop due to NO heat. Make matters worse Aul warranty won't cover the issue and so it's 700 out of pocket. BUYER PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR WALLET RETHINK ABOUT BUYING FROM ACTIVE AUTO SALES, IN WAPPINGERS FALLS, NY

purchased a cadillac escalde in february 2022 from fat boy mike who's a fast talker wanna be gangster. i paid cash for the truck which was very clean and then the problems started. i signed papaers for the warranty which stated that i had 30 days or 1,000 miles or which ever came first. drove the car for a total of 575 and the engine blew out on the 28 day after purchase. i contacted them about this and was told by fat mike that the warranty do not matter to him because in ny state as long as the car has over 100,000 miles, you're buying it as is. that was problem 1, problem 2 is my registration took forever to come in the mail. long story short i had to get a lawyer to go after them for the replacement of the engine for the truck. buyer please beware and stay away from this place by any means necessary. i'll update the outcome as it plays out.

Went there to purchase a vehicle! Cadillac escalade ,on Jan 4th, 2022, what a bad business! I first ask Mike to finance through my bank which is teg federal credit union,which he didn't he got me approved from mid Hudson! Great right! Well wrong, I'm on nys disability, so he said he needed my 1099 forms for 2022! Which you won't get until 2023, I told him there not out until next yr, 2023, he basically called me a liar, so he said he would call me back twice, it never happened! What a non business man! Low life! I'll take my business else where, I'll bad talk you till the day I die! What a xxxx run business!

Same people as Verdi motors. This place sucks and the owner is a fraud. They have trash cars and employees are all hicks. Just stay away plenty of other options. I’d rather walk than buy a car from these xxxxx.

Had an issue with a vehicle i purchased from here didnt have it a 2 weeks called messaged mike no response what so ever still havent heard will be contacting the bbb and a attorney.

stay away from this people please very unprofessional 3 month waiting for my car registration and they charge my 200 hundred dollar cash for my registration and when I came home the fee was included on my loan, stilling people money not good.

Honestly for people selling high valued cars you'd think their customer service was better. The lot was decent and had a wide variety. I was interested in test driving a car I was considering buying until 2 hours went by and they still hadn't helped me after talking to a sales man.

I have been looking for a safe, reliable, fuel efficient vehicle for many months in the Dutches County area. I was hesitant to buy a used car after experiencing a horrific ordeal with M*G Auto sales. The car they sold me was a lemon and unsafe to drive. I have 2 young daughters where I take pride in transporting aka "mom taxi service." I was referred to Active Auto Sales from a reputable auto mechanic which eased my apprehensions. In a nutshell Mike, Nick and their crew were amazing, honest, upfront, professional, kind and most importantly made me laugh. Not your average bag of chips! It was a pleasure purchasing my vehicle from Active Auto. These men take pride and care in their customers. I purchased a beautiful car, great warranty and feel confident moving forward. Mike and Nick made me feel as though "they had my back." Much needed after having embarked in a high conflict divorce. I highly recommend Active Auto sales. They are working towards making America GREAT again. I am truly grateful.
