We just purchased a new Volvo XC60 plug-in hybrid. We love the car and had a great experience working with Barbara at Fields Volvo in Madison. The process was stress free - a refreshing change of pace from the typical car dealer. We don’t have any experience yet with their service department but if it is anything like working with their sales staff we will be very pleased.

Located a Land Rover Defender via a car buying website. Although the truck was newly listed without pictures, my salesperson, Evan, sent me pictures of the truck and answered all questions that I had. He also reviewed the build sheet of other defenders that I was interested in at other dealerships and provide the pros and cons on their trucks. I felt that this was above and beyond normal and very helpful - since I was out of state. I never felt pressured to purchase and everything went very smooth. They picked me up from the airport, which was 75 mins away from the dealership. I have purchased many cars out of state and this was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had.
