I was absolutely blown away by the amazing service provided to me at Chronic Nissan. I was in a tricky situation and they helped me every step of the way. They were professional, compassionate, and even helped me with my 4 year old who got a little fussy. Sold me a car that I cannot get a title for
BUYER BEWARE ! - You may not be able to get a title I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in February only to find out shortly after that it was not eligible for a GA title. I discovered that the dealer had not performed their required due diligence to obtain clear title before selling the vehicle. I reached out to the dealership for weeks, but could not even get a call back. Finally, I emailed the owner, and received a call from the manager (Randy) who tried to claim it was a simple mistake because he was supposedly not familiar with Georgia's title requirements. He then called me back and acknowledged that they had sold me a car that was not legal to sell. He made an offer to buy the vehicle back from me, but wanted me to take a loss on the car. I informed Randy that I was not willing to take a loss on the vehicle, but simply wanted the dealership to take the steps needed to provide clear title. A few days later, I was informed that the dealership would not be of any more assistance. I now have a vehicle in my garage that is currently not eligible for a title, and cannot be sold. So, be aware that if you purchase a vehicle from this dealer, you may find out weeks later that they didn't really have proper title work and it is up to you to pay to fix their mistakes. I am currently requesting criminal investigations into this dealer and their actions.

Horrible customer service once you’ve signed!
The salesman was great, the rest of the process and the customer service was absolutely horrid. The “general manager “ couldn’t care less about your issues once you’ve signed the papers. ALSO they do not send in your tag paperwork AND they don’t tell you that. So when your waiting for your tag in the mail and never receive it, even after your temp tag has expired- that’s why. They never sent off for it in the first place. He simply said “we don’t do that” even though we were never told that, oh and they charged us TWICE what the dmv charges to issue a tag.

Great Service
I saw a good deal on cars.com, so I called Cronic Nissan to inquire. The car was a used 2018 Nissan Frontier. Since I live about 70 miles north of the dealership I was initially skeptical. I ended up working with Ernest Danson who provided me with good service. Since I live so far away I asked Ernest to take pictures of the truck. He sent me back very good pictures showing all the little scratches/dents, the wheels, the interior, everything you could ask for which I feel like most salespeople would try to hide. When I saw some of the problems, they worked with me on the price and a bedliner.

Every horrible stereotype of a used car dealership
Cronic was everything awful about dealing with car dealerships. The first phone call I had with them promised "Employee Pricing" and at least $1000 off the listed price. Once I arrived at the dealership, the sales person laughed when I mentioned such a program and said that wasn't possible. Then came the "let me speak to my manager" negotiation routine. Despite asking plainly and clearly for them to offer me a "best and final" offer, when I spoke to the Sales Manager and asked if this was their best and final, he jokingly said "No!". Then they tried to land the sale with "so what do we need to do to get you into this car today?" IT. WAS. AWFUL. I'll pay more to avoid that experience ever again.

Greatest car buying experience in years
I was a Nissan owner and visited, test drive and priced the vehicle I wanted from local dealerships all the way to the Midwest. Most didn't want to deal with me because I didn't have time to come in and spend time with them, then I spoke with Jim. He made my buying experience incredible!!! Not only did he get me the lowest price for the same truck, he dilivered it to me 1 1/2 hours away after the dealship closed and allowed me to test drive and inspect the vehicle all before I purchased. They prefilled all paperwork and I was done in 15 mins and never had to leave my house. Thanks Cronic.

Great customer service!
We walked in and immediately were treated like royalty. We were unsure of what we wanted and Jason Butts assisted us in looking at basically the entire lot. He never once tried to push any specific vehicle on us and allowed us to be in control of our experience! We will be back for any future vehicles! Thank You!

Great feedback regarding new vehicle search.
I was in the marker for an NV3500 Cargo Van - standard with shelving. I looked on the internet. They immediately emailed me back and tried to assist me. However, the particular vehicle was very hard to locate. They were very accommodating and extremely pleasant.
