Excellent customer service from service center
Very happy with Mercedes of Fairfield service center; after randomly stopping by this past Friday morning to get an odd grinding noise stop. Advisor Angelo Palange was delightful and helpful in assisting me in finding what was wrong and get it fixed right away. Excellent customer service.

Best Customer Service - I will definitely return!
I have only brought my vehicle (2011 ML350) to two other MB dealerships and the team at the Fairfield MB Service shop is unmatched. Ryan was my service professional and from the moment I walked in, he was committed to making sure I received the best service possible. The team who greeted me when I arrived was respectful and professional. Everyone said good morning and provided assistance on where to go. I went in worried about suspension and brakes, Ryan asked great questions for clarification and walked through the process flow. Ryan walked me to my loaner (which was absolutely clean and ready for me to drive). My vehicle was in the shop for three days (over the weekend) and Ryan kept clear communications with me on the progress. He shared detailed information via phone call, text and email. Before completing any work, Ryan took the time to call me and explain what his team found out. The conversation was great and he was genuine on letting me know exactly what services my vehicle required. He set a date of completion and asked me if I had any questions. I received my car like new! Ryan greeted me, reviewed the work that was completed and welcomed me to call him if I needed any additional help or had questions. Customer service like never before and a real genuine care for the customer. They completed the work with integrity and with high quality. I will definitely return to get my vehicle serviced here moving forward. Thank you Ryan and team for the experience.

Extremely disappointed
For my first negative review I took some time before even considering doing it. But the story is really out of the ordinary to simply burying it. One of the most important lesson in advertising is having promoters. A reliable product and efficient customer service is a must in expanding your business. I bought my car just before the pandemic hit. In almost one year, the mileage hit 1700 miles. I took the car for the first recall, everything went smoothly. Arriving home, I had received an email stating that the car has alignment issues, which could lead to tire damage and even safety problems. It’s not covered by warranty. I asked for clarification, I have received a brief reply that wipes and tires are not covered by warranty. Wow! Alignment is about wipes and tires? I went to the dealership and talked to John, the person who sold me the car. It’s a quite different game after buying the car. Later, he sent me an email to contact the service directly. 1. Communication is the first red flag. No clear explanation of why the alignement has occurred. Are the tests properly done at the moment of purchase? If yes, how in less than 1700 miles this issue occurred? 2. The second one is Customer service, which is extremely poor for a premium car dealership. 3. The third red flag is probably the most important. Selling a product is a good revenue source, but providing outstanding service later on, having clients/promoters is essential. There’s only an overwhelming bitter taste after this experience.

Fantastic experience

Costumer my truck was making loud popping sound
Service was excellent problem was resolved truck was still under the 50 K miles warranty so I was never changed for the Job that was pro-formed to my vehicle
