Schlossman Honda City’s service was outstanding. From start to finish, I was kept informed by Chris as we:jointly determined by phone that the car needed to be towed to maximize my and my wife’s safety; the tow truck driver called us more than once to give us his ETA at our home and was fast friendly and professional; Chris texted me with updates; we followed his instructions to easily get a dealership courtesy ride to the dealership the next morning; the shuttle-car driver turned out to be a retiree who was a former teaching colleague of one of our best friends and my wife and I had wonderful conversation with him the whole trip; when Chris wasn’t immediately available another service department person immediately jumped in to help and quickly processed us. Everyone whom we were in contact with was alert, friendly, and took the initiative to make sure we understood what was happening and that our questions and needs were more than met. What’s more, the extended service protection package that we purchased when we bought our Honda paid for the tow, a new tire and all associated work at no cost to us. We did not pay a penny. The car had been washed and the service rep walked us to the car, which was next to the service department. My wife and I are very active in various organizations in the Milwaukee area and have had extensive international travel experience. I can say without reservation that we were incredibly impressed with the mechanical service and the people who interacted with us.

If i could leave 0 stars i would.
If i could leave 0 stars i would. I genuinely had high hopes for my dealership fixing my car due to the fact that i’d rather get it fixed at the place i got it from vs. a random auto place. i was in a car crash (not my fault) on february 15th, 2025. I dropped my car off to the shop that following friday February 21st, 2025. They told me that i could bring it in on that day and they would immediately start working on it that following Monday (February 24th) but come to find out that was far from the truth. I end up receiving a voicemail on March 11th stating that they finally got someone to start working on and they proceeded to have my car for well over a month because i just picked it up yesterday March 28th. When i went outside to get my car I was completely shocked by how sloppy and inconsistent my car was put together. My driver mirror was knocked out completely from a crash and they fixed it they put a completely different mirror on it vs. what i actually have on my car so it didn’t match the one of my right side. My front license plate was completely gone, as well as the black seal that’s in between the bottom of the driver & passenger window/door wasn’t completely fixed. I pointed this out to them immediately because this was ridiculous. They had my car for well over a month and it left the shop physically doing worse then what it was when i dropped it off. The seal around my driver door is still not completely fixed so water comes into my car as well as wind whenever i drive it, and on TOP of that my front bumper was never fully fixed when i submitted photos to them about it hanging down ever since the car hit me. And then come to find out my driver side door in general BARELY has any electricity in it. I can’t hold my key fob and open my door handle to unlock my door, when i do lock my doors with my key fob EVERY DOOR but my DRIVER DOOR locks and when i try to move my driver side mirror to the correct position so i can see my up and down arrows don’t even work on it, when i move it to the left it goes to the right and when i move it to the right it goes to the left. i was just in complete utter shock because of the fact that again they had my car for well over a month from when i dropped it off and even WORKED on it for well over a month for it to come out like this. My driver door handle should be working on both the inside AND outside but it is of course not working at all. I have to physically lock my driver door with my hands before closing it after the fact that i found out my door was completely open when i was parked downtown milwaukee. it’s just crazy that i have to physically crawl through my car to unlock my driver door EACH and EVERY time i want to go somewhere. Now i have to drop it all back off to them to work on for a couple more weeks and i have to go to through the process of getting a rental again. I called to speak to a manager about this because of how inconsistent this car was when handed back to me and instead of him trying to dig deeper on the situation he stayed silent on the phone and when i asked for him to make note of it on my account i got nothing but an okay. Trust that once this is all completed PRECISELY and isn’t half done i'm never coming back to my dealership for anything that has to do my car. My car could’ve easily been fixed 100x better at a random auto shop vs. this place in 108th st.

Service is unmatched any where. We continue to buy vehicles from there because of the high level of professionalism. From the scheduler to the greeter, the service tech to the mechanic. Service costs are an unfortunate part of owning a car. But at least I know I’m being treated like a priority.
