With his esxpert help and knowledge, along with the further assistance of Spanos Manager, Lisa and her Assistant, Craig, and finally, with their finance manager, Gage, we are extremely happy with the entire Spanos experience. We look forward to many years of pleasurable driving in our Spanos purhase ... a 2014 Mercedes Benz E250 bluetec automobile.

Just want to make sure that you are armed with
Just want to make sure that you are armed with information before you go to Spanos. The prices listed on their web show a discount and a sale price. This is the prices the Cargurus and Carfax use to rate the price - “great, good or fair deal”. This is marketing to attract customers who go to see a car that is a great or good deal. When you get your buyers order, there will be two charges in addition to the dealer fee, tax and title. They are $899 for Appearance Package, and $249 for refurbishment. So the price for the car has now been raised $1148 from the internet price. The $1148 is how they will negotiate. Not off the price of the vehicle. I tried to buy a car but they would not sell it to me because I would only pay the price on the web, tax, dealer fee and title processing. I would not pay the $899 or $249. So just be aware when you go. Be ready for these fees and not the price on the web.

Unhappy with my purchase.
Unhappy with my purchase. I thought the sales rep was excellent - Matt. Just wish more straight forward remarks from the Manager. Said my car was not one they would market coz wasn’t high end - only luxury (even though they have Minis, Fiat and another Honda for sale) and came in with a low trade in price. Told her I would go home and go over the numbers. Then said she would call some wholesalers to see what they say and came back with the right trade in price. Now the car is listed on their website for sale. Why not just negotiate rather than play games! Do not trust Autocheck which they use. Mine said accident but salesman said minor and Autocheck doesn’t grade severity. Just accident. Low and behold I got home and paid for Carfax and the accident was “severe” not minor, and the retail value of the car was way below what I paid due to the severe accident. Also they charge you $899 for something like appearance package. Was told it is applied to every car as it comes in. Sales Rep said it is a ceramic coating added to the car and has a 3 year guarantee. Well - nothing in the closing papers that mentions the process or anything about a protective coating guarantee - and don’t know what is even guaranteed ! Washed the car and there is no ceramic coating. Any car that has a ceramic coating at this cost beads differently than just a wax. This is just a spray on wax - so refuse to pay the $899. Day after I bought the car had to have the valve stem in the right front tire replaced as the TPMS continued to send an alarm. The valve stem was broken (couldn’t even add air to the tire) which is what triggered the constant TPMS warning every time I started the car. They have great cars, and my sales Rep was great. Just be aware and cautious. UPDATE: This car was way overdue for an oil change when sold to me - and lo and behold! the drain plug was stripped. Another $100 to fix. Air filter was pitch black when replaced. This dealership only does cosmetics to sell a car - nothing of any substance. Just check all the BBB complaints that are unresolved

Just had the worst possible experience with this company.
Just had the worst possible experience with this company. Would never recommend them to nobody. They sold a car I had a deposit on without even letting me know in first place and kept my running my wife's credit even with the car sold to somebody else.

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
The Good: I was interested in a 2014 MB CLS 550 that Spanos had for sale. Matthew Blood was my salesman. Great guy and very attentative. We communicated via text and email. He answered my questions and he appraised my trade in via pictures prior to me arriving there from Atlanta. I had my own financing through Navy Federal and had the check in hand. Arrived around 1130am and inspected and test drove the car. It met all my expectations and was ready to make the deal. The Bad and the Ugly: After test driving the car, went into the office and sat in the waiting area. The appraiser and the mechanic approached me to talk about my car. They told me that my car went into limp mode and when they connected the scanner, it should that it had a misfire on cylinder 8, according to the mechnic and then they wanted to offer me less for my trade, even though I had already accept what they were going to give me in the beginning. I told them that I drove this car 7 hours from Atlanta. Never went into limp mode and was driving 75-80 on cruise control. It's a BMW and they are very sensitive. It would have happened while I was on the road. Not to mention, I just changed the spark plugs on the car 2 weeks ago, so I know it was good. After that, sat in the waiting area for about 15 minutes and now they want to do a deal. The guy brought me into the finance manager's office. Now, this is the ugly part. The finance manager, Alan, asked how long were we going to be in town because we won't be able to take the car until after the Navy Federal check clears. I'm like HUH? That make no sense. He stated that he deals with Navy Federal all the time and he knows about calling Navy Federal to obtain the verification code and write it on the check. Well, if you know that, obtaining the verification code indicates that it's a good check. We told him, we've dealt with Navy Federal on all our cars and never went through this. Then he tells us about a previous customer who purchased a car from them though Navy Federal and 3 days later he told them to come pick up the vehicle because he couldn't afford it, so Navy Federal stopped the check. I'm like, that has nothing to do with us. Then, the appraiser guy stated that they dealt with people with fraudulent checks that look real. So, its like they started making this about fraud and insuating that we have a fraudulent check. We told him multiple times to call Navy Federal but he was like it's not going to change anything. At that point, I felt like he didn't want to sell the car to me, a black guy. I didn't want to make it about race but it was xxxx sure going in that direction. Then the appraiser stated that he can ship the car to us. Basically, we going ahead and give them the check, sign the paperwork, then drive back to Atlanta, in the BMW that we were trading in. When they ship the car, they''ll pick up the trade it. And wanted us to pay for shipping. At that point, we were like f%xx it. No deal. Since they were pushing the fraud narrative, all you had to do is call Navy Fed to verify everything. xxxx, the day before I drove down to Daytona, the GM called to touch basis with me and I told her that I had my own financing and would pick up the check from Navy Federal. And she said "Good, I look forward to seeing you tomorrow". She never told me about waiting for a check to clear prior to me driving off in the car that I would purchased. If that was the case, I would was the case, would have kept going without stopping in Daytona. The messed up part was that the salesman, Matthew didn't get the sale and I felt bad. He is a great salesman and was trying to do all he can do to make the sale but he was out of the loop. He didn't know what was going on and we had to tell him everything. I really felt bad for Matthew and mad at the fact that I drove 7 hours only to be met with pure BS. The happy ending is that I drove 2 1/2 hours south to West Palm Beach Lexus and purchased 2013 MB CLS 63 with no issues at all
