The four people I checked above; Rich Brusky, Dave Shepard, Kristina Beck and Brian Crandall went way out of their way to ensure that I was able to get this vehicle as they are constrained. They also took special personal attention to the preparation of the car for delivery, preparing it exactly like I prefer to receive it. Dave Shepard took a long time with me explaining the car's features as it is very different from any previous Corvettes I have owned. Kristina Beck was very courteous, professional and knowledgable in processing the paperwork to complete the purchase.

I would Highly recommend Heiser Chevrolet in West Allis if you want the best service and great deals anywhere. My 8 year old truck was experiencing some breakdowns and I was in a real bind. Willie and Brian not only worked with me diligently to find the right vehicle for me to purchase but, also loaned me a truck that solved the predicament I was in. The sales staff are all friendly people who are very willing to help solve any of your vehicle needs. I was very impressed with their service and am very happy with the purchase of my 2015 Silverado 2500HD.

We came to Heiser Chevrolet on a Wednesday evening looking to buy a used truck we saw on their web page. Unfortunately the truck we wanted was sold the night before. A frustrating situation for us was professionally handled well by Willie & Brian as they went out of their way to help us find another truck. Who knew finding a nice affordable used truck with a cap/topper would be so difficult! They graciously explained the nuances of the used truck market. They found a truck at one of their other dealership lots and a newly traded in truck at the "reconditioning/certification" lot and brought both of them to West Allis Chevrolet lot for us to test drive on Saturday. We live in Madison and I'm glad we made the trip to West Allis. Willie was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Plus he had a great sense of humor and charm which helped "seal the deal". Every employee smiled and said hello, provided idle chit chat and laughed at our jokes; being treated so well made us feel like we were part of the Heiser family! The only down side to this purchase was it took a total of 4+ hours for the sale to be complete from beginning to end. The longest wait was the financing and I wished Chris would have kept us in the loop in a more timely manner.
