Wonderful experience
It felt like family while purchasing my vehicle. Everyone was so friendly and we all were telling family stories from buying vehicles to our kids talking driving lessons or learning to walk. The salesperson was great, the finance person was great, the receptionist was great. I love the pecks that come with the vehicle and I love my Corsair, it's perfectly lovely!

Service problems with Aviator
Had problems with transmission and front wheel assembly. Called uptown service in early August to schedule an appointment. Did not hear back from them so called again in two weeks later. Finally got the car picked up and they had it for two days to look at it. Returned my car and said parts would be available in five or six days and the car would be repaired then. One week later, nobody from uptown called me, so I called them. Found out the parts a jet had arrived but they did not schedule me for service. Now I have to wait for service in 10 days as we are on vacation over the next week. Have to drive 250 miles with problematic computer messages and a noisy left front wheel. Expected to have the car serviced when the parts arrived which would have been yesterday. This did not happen, nor do they have openings in the service department to take care of the car before we leave. Very unacceptable service in my perspective.

Rude Customer Service
My experience at uptown motors is that sales is beyond excellent, but service department and customer service are consistently rude or there is always some hiccup. I was not impressed with the attitude I received from customer service, and how one worker was being unprofessional and mean to a co-worker that sat at the front desk. I would like to have a dealership where every department is a good experience.
