When in to the shop early and got the oil change and tires checked, was done with in the hour. The waiting room was very nice and clean. Super nice people.

I like taking my car to get serviced at Allen Samuels because staff members are always polite and friendly. They continuously make sure you know the status of your vehicle while it's getting serviced and doesn't take long at all. I also like that they have a rental in case you are not able to stay the whole time during your vehicle getting serviced. It is always a pleasant visit.

The staff was courteous and professional. Got us into the car we wanted at a fair price.

They tended to my warranty agreement quickly, also researched a recall, and took care of that promptly. They also explained what would take place on my next visit.

This is the sixth vehicle I have bought from Allen Samuels since 2000. They are always friendly not pushy and I like that in a sales situation buying a new car or truck is a big decision. They always tried to meet my requests with an understanding you don't get any where else. I have and will continue to recommend them to all my family and friends. Explanation of problem went well, obvious small misunderstanding on service request of sensitive brakes my only complaint was breaks pulled left under heavy breaking. For a "waiting" no appointment visit truck service was started fairly soon. Technician did excellent work in verifying the complaint and troubleshooting the cause. Only complaint I had was the unavailability of a loaner vehicle when it was determined a new truck with 2,000 miles on it had to have new discs put on it because of a defect. Fortunately it was repaired and ready the next day and I did get a courtesy ride to my house but had to make short notice arrangements to get around that night and to work the next day. This is apparently a common problem, I believe there were 19 requests ahead of mine for a loaner. Picking up the vehicle was quick and pleasant and so far the repairs are working fine.
