Poor repair and service.
The problem to the car was not completely fixed at Lake Ford. It finally got resolved in St Louis. We were told by Lake Ford not to drive the car. So we could not get the car from St Louis back to Lake Ford. The most Lake Ford would do for us, is offer my son a free oil change. What my son was looking for, was just to be reimbursed the fee for the Ford Company in St Louis to do the test on the car. This way they could fix what Lake Ford missed. Again all Lake Ford offered was him to come from St Louis to get a free oil change.

Pros & cons
Minor issues that weren’t relayed at time of call. Didn’t know I could bring my car in earlier than 730am & didn’t know a shuttle left at 730am. I was late for work due to this miscommunication. And the answers I received prior to booking my apt with Craig was vague & I definitely didn’t feel like a valued customer. Thankfully I worked with Caleb at the time I brought my car in.

Oil change and broken cup holder
Had the oil changed and tires rotated. Also had an issue with a cup holder after only owning the used 2018 Expedition for less than 6 months. After much discussion they serviced it at little cost which I appreciated. Thanks!

The Body Shop girls were very nice and overall everything was very good. Brought in my 2017 Explorer in for a hood recall to be replaced and painted.

Fix a broken seatbelt on a 4 week old vehicle
